Darn that's hard. Garrus is too easy to pick given the number of times he's helped my Shep out.
I think I'll have to pick the dancing turian in ME2.
He changed everything I thought I knew about turians. He outshined every Asari and human dancer with his moves.
I bow to this guy's awesomeness.

A military trained Sentinel (Cabal right?). She f*ck with Aria. She's the leader of Talon during the occupation of Omega by Cerberus. She didn't kill everyone she branded as 'the bad guys'. She redeemed the bad guys and unite them against a common cause. Sadly, turned into a beloved martyr for Aria to go ballistic on everyone.

Also she do more good to Omega than Garrus ever does and she was remembered by people she saved. And way hotter too. 

He was the first one who leapt to mind for me also. Poor friendzone Turian, I like to think those crazy kids worked it out.
