started SP and got my ship (can't even remember the name) and jumped into MP, bringing back lots of memories of ME3 (crap I forgot I can't put 6 points into every evolution doh!)

I went straight to multiplayer, i won't even be touching that absolute trainwreck of an abortion they call the single player. Mass effect single player has always been completely awful.

The reviews discouraged me too from playing campaign.. I might give it a go once they release a patch

and skipped the campaign for a while and went str8 to MP? Always. Did the same for ME3 because of the demo As we all know, just like with ME3 the MP is the best part of the game

Despite the terrible balance and numerous horrible bugs and constant server disconnection, I'm having a lot of fun in the MP and will probably play at least until max manifest. I also played a few hours of SP and I had a lot of fun with that too. I'm sure I'll play through the campaign a few times, once I've scratched the MP itch enough. I think anyone going on about eyes and animations is just looking for something to be mad about.

Haven't touched SP, and it's just because I like MP more. I will eventually at some point attempt SP for trophies, but it's MP for me for awhile

I finished Eos, and I'm fiddling around here and there. Let's say 80% of my time is multiplayer.
I think it's worth it for everyone to get to the nexus. If only to open all of your strike team packs. I just got a Vanquisher II from one of them.
The strike teams are one of the smarter ideas they put into the game, imo. It's not Gwent, but still better than most mini game type gimmicks.

I've played both so far, more SP than MP, but I've got a pretty good amount of time in both. Like 'em both quite a bit, actually.

Are those strike team packs dropping gear for use in multiplayer in packs that have to be opened in single player? If so then it'll be worth my time. If the rewards only affect single player then meh, the packs can stay in my inventory for all the fucks I give. I run the strike teams to get mission funds for multiplayer, not for single player benefits.

I've been playing the multiplayer only. Haven't even touched the single player yet. Might be a long while before I do.

so far played more MP than SP ...
but the farther I venture into the SP, it starts to feel at least a little like a Mass Effect game (at first there were strong DAI vibes...) so here's to hoping

I've messed around with SP a bit, got to the uhh...third planet? I met the angara n' such, doing stuff involving them. Don't listen to the reviews. For some reason the first bits of Andromeda are meh. It gets way better when you do stuff on Eos and after that, I'm loving it. However as far as animations go, Addison(the lady who memes are usually pointing at) is pretty awful. Addison full stop drives me nuts, even without the crazy animations. Please tell me I can put her, and Tann, through the nearest available airlock? The Nexus needs resources, and those two are a drag on our ability to survive.

I'm playing the SP as a female protagonist and named her Turian. Her full name is a prophecy that I hope to fulfill. :amirite:
...And yeah, the SP is a mixed bag, but I'm enjoying it enough to keep playing and plan on seeing it through to the end. That's more than I can say for a ton of video games out there. In some sense I'm less frustrated with the SP than I am the MP, possibly because I had somewhat higher expectations for the MP and possibly because SP isn't a constant stream of rubber-banding and disconnections from the server.
