anyone know when the first dlc is coming out?

I hope they make a patch for it but it sounds like a f*** ton of work. Maybe not even able to be done with a patch.

Personally, I find there are issues that need addressed before the CC or animations. I can live with those, they really aren't a problem for me.

Not being able to save during priority missions, saves not loading, events & people being referenced that I haven't came across yet.... These are what I would liked to see corrected first & foremost.

lol Damn man, you could have warned a bitch with a spoiler tag. Not everyone is at the same place in the game as you might be.

That being said, that's unfortunate. At least it was only 3 hours, could have been worse, I guess.

They'd do well to do one big DLC episode, MP Content&Support, A Squadmate Appearance Pack or Two, and a crapton of patches and visual updates.

Honestly I don't see why they can't work on both. Whatever they do, any DLC they make should hopefully show improvements over the main game on the technical side of things.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but would you say you are "bugged" by that banter bug? 

Bioware screwed up big time on this game and there is just so many problems with this game that they are gonna do the only thing they can do,buried their heads in the sand and pretend that the facial animation problem will go away on its own, But thats not gonna happen, they will probably fix sara head but the rest no chance and atm bioware is still screaming at the ppl who where in charge of this train wreck, yelling patch patch patch for the game bugs.

bet you a dollar that the ppl who made MEA are not the same ppl whose gonna make the dlc, cause they made a unpolished turd and bio dont need a secound helping of that.

Pretty sure we'll get something this summer unless there is a really known and announced pushback of dates due to responding to wide criticism.

After that? Well, that sounds like the DLC way earlier in development (if really at all), so that's a big unknown until we get more information from Bioware.

The first DLC will probably feel the most like a cut-out 'endgame' to the main game and so may not be as demanding to create/release - though it sure as hell better be more polished in many aspects.

For story:
-Quarian ark (spoilers for others: 
); this could be available pre-ending or post-ending.
-Expansion of just the overall state of the main game's mysteries. This can mean politics, Remnant, Kett, whatever. Like imagine if the main game development was unsure about how exactly to treat their main topics, use this opportunity to refine all of this BEFORE the next game (though not in a way one needs it for understanding the next game). This could be available always post-ending, but alongside being able to do all the other stuff. Just a great better layer to things not focused as much on in the main plot (rawr fite the Archon!)
-Personally, I'd like a last DLC that responds to more widespread critique and feelings of the game. Maybe do something that indeed ties things into the Milky Way more than MEA already does, while simultaneously not only hanging onto the past, and so adding in a bridge to the next game and seeing more of Andromeda. In terms of the internal-plot focus, that can already be covered by the 2nd DLC, so this one can be a fan-love mix of retrospective fascinating stuff, while also a great tease for a greenlit next game.
Basically remind us that the whole Mass Effect series really does matter to Bioware and that there is a future for all of it. Seems many people, online but also friends IRL, have not been feeling the 'magic'. Bring that back. This could be an 'expansion pack' next year that is exclusively post-ending like Trespasser, but not necessarily of all of the same nature of it, of course.


AKA:
2017 - fix up game, put story filler in, add layer of story (for MP do regular story related events taking place during the main game and then these other things)
2018 - expand game, do final fixes (for MP do a final push and goodbyes)
2019 - MEA2 announced? Or whatever.
