Half the Gold games I join now have a cheating host

I don't get the hacking point for games. Why not just hack the game totally so it says "YOU WIN" and be done with it then.

How is that even supposed to be fun?

That's clearly a bullshit argument when it means it's harder to join a legit lobby because of these asshats.

So they don't have time to ban a few cheaters.

Because I have the dignity to not go down there with them myself.

Also this game is barely 2 weeks old and I still intend to have some action with it cuz I paid for the game with my own money. I don't wanna play it with the damn Terminator mode on and I sure don't appreciate some fool turn this shit on for me. Is that clear enough for you?

It´s like the first week and I have already all commons maxed and am like 30-50% on the uncommons. All in week 1.

This is not grinding. I disagree with a few design choices for sure, but come on - you play the game you enjoy and get rewards for it. Grinding to me is doing the parts of a game you DON´t enjoy in order to proceed to the point where you can play the part you DO enjoy ( think herb farming for consumables in World of Warcraft or something like that ).

In Short: Cheating isn´t to be excused, particularly NOT in public lobbies. It is not the game I agreed to play when I started MEAMP and YOU are changing the rules for everyone without asking, so you are destroying my enjoyment.

I've got 24 hours logged playing multiplayer only, and that was only maxing my Commons.  It would probably well over a hundred hours to get the weapons that I actually want and fully kitted out.

That's a long time to play before I can actually the play the game the way that I WANT to enjoy it.  That, to me, is a grind.

Sure, I enjoy MP, and I'd probably be doing it anyway, but if it were up to me, I'd be doing it w/ a Piranha or something on an Asari Duelist, and not a Charger X on my male/female Vanguards that I didn't really want to play in the first place, but have to if I even want a chance at playing the class / kit that I enjoy.

So to you, playing the game AT ALL is fine, because you enjoy it.  To me, until I get to where I'm going, it's pretty much a grind.

I'd suppose it has less to do with game difficulty, shitty weapons/powers/combos or store grinding.

Probably more with that it's a new and totally overhyped game where guys want to be king of the hill as fast as possible and naturally resort to cheating from day one. They don't care about earning something or other players, they just want everything as fast as possible so they can jump into the next blockbuster game three months from now.

Give the game a little time and the number of cheaters may diminish on its own.
