The main character being able to have children will further alienate the LGBTQQIA fanbase, so that shouldn't be an option. Gil's ENTIRE romance is about Jill and having a child with HER. That's the only gay romance and Bioware didn't care whatsoever about the backlash over that.

Should have minor romances (one night stands) with Pathfinder Raeka, Administrator Kresh, Kandros, Lieutenant Sajax, etc.

I'd love the chance of having my post game-after some time character to have a family. I'm tired of the trope "your female character is barren" that BioWare love so much. I want the choice. Not everyone just want their character to only think of fighting until they die. I have many characters that just wanted the war to finish and start a family, getting happiness from giving life, instead of being always surronded by death. Then play SWTOR. Every romance there ends up with a proposal and discussion about having kids (except 3 new one, but they do not count). It's not such an obligated trope in Bioware games I don't play multiplayer . Tryed playng that game, but is terribly boring. Too many hours of nothing fon any scraps of story, and I can't try new choices or repeat parts because of the multplayer nature. I want my single player choices, thank you.

The point was - "barren women" is not a real trop in BW games and SWTOR is a living proof of that. I'd say, you can still enjoy SWTOR as a single game, though you are right - the fact that you can not go back and choose another option is discouraging. Again, though, some people love "no reload" runs.

I'd say, you can still enjoy SWTOR as a single game, though you are right - the fact that you can not go back and choose another option is discouraging. Again, though, some people love "no reload" runs. But "no reaload" is a choice for those players. I don't like it. I have only so much time to play videogames (work and life in general take up a lot of time), and I want to make the best I can with all my runs. And if for some reason I don't click the option I want (it happen a lot to me with the dialogue wheel) I'm screwed in SWTOR. Some people like permadeath too, I hate that way of playng with a passion: I'd like to play survival games, but the permadeath would frustrate me even before starting the game, so I never play survivial games. In most of single player games made by BioWare I played, the female protagonists are always barren or either have no choice on the matter, while male protagonists have had at least the chance for a family. Frankly is something that have always annoyed me: guys rarely care about their hero having kids and family, while many girls I know would like the chance for their character, expecially if roleplayed in a certain way (I have more than one female Warden who would have liked to retire after the Blight and create a normal, fulfilling in a different way, peaceful life away from war. Expecially since many of the Wardens are more on the simpler person side as background.). I would not like the "forced family and kids" ending either, but I'd like the chance to choose. Not all my character want to grow a family, but not all want to only find fulfillment in work and fights.
