Correcting myself: It does indeed say "+1 Adaptive War Amp" when buying the thing, so it may or may not have more ranks in the future. Wonder what the next iteration will cost us in Mission Funds? |

It's just a silver card. IIRC the JS was based on a gold card. But only 15% feels more like a wood card, though.

If its a 15% boost to the initial base damage before the multipliers it could be useful maybe? I know its probably not - but without hand-testing everything who knows in a mass effect game lol.
If it affects biotic combo damage as well for example - as opposed to just the initial power damage like the skill passives supposedly do, then already it is a teensy bit more useful than assumed.

Even if the gear gives +100% biotic damage, it is still a piece of junk due to the long CD and poor base damage of biotic skills.
