They'll inform us about planned bug fixes, a patch about minor animation fixes and show us a glimpse of an upcoming story DLC.

I am capable of waiting for a couple of days to find out. TBH, it does not really matter to me, because I am having a blast with the game. I already know that I set myself on the track of purchasing everything Andromeda related full price, but imo it was worth it. Any fixes and course corrections in responce to the player base demands are a bonus.

Patches, maybe some extensive work on fixing models/animations and a DLC hint. We'll see. It feels kind of weird that they put aside a date to announce stuff, can't remember them ever doing that.
I think they should do an Enhanced edition to win back some credibility. As this is EA though, any free stuff of that magnitude is unlikely.

If they can fix all the stupid bugs that shouldn't be here in the first place for a AAA game, it would be already super nice.
One thing for sure : I will never ever buy a BW game the day it comes out. This is the first and last time I do that.
Finally, I'm happy to have played the trilogy years after with all the patches (the end especially...) and dlc.

Where is the most likely option? You will get a load of spin, excuses and general tripe that has nothing at all to do with the issues.

I expect it to start with run of the mill marketing speech. There has been strong reaction to the game, good and bad. Thank fans for the feedback, and say they are working tirelessly on addressing the issues.
After that, who knows. I think they're going to announce patches in the short term, and some type of extended cut type fix for the next quarter.
With all the bugs and technical issues I've experienced, I don't even think the game should have been shipped in this state. Aside from Arkham City, I can't think of another game worse than what I got given all the issues.

They'll announce a patch for some (probably nowhere near all) bugs, and try to sell us some dlc. I can't see EA giving away any dlc for free except for multiplayer.
At least if I go in with that attitude, there's a small chance I'll be pleasantly surprised...

They will announce that they are going to have an announcement later to talk about what they are fixing in the first patch. Basically "We are gathering feedback and working diligently to fix issues. We will have more info later..."

What I find amazing is how they sound surprised about the state of the game, like they didn't know about all the issues before launch. And what amazes me more is how they thought we wouldn't notice.

I looked up DAI's patch notes and saw that roughly every month they would issue a patch. I bet they end up doing the same thing here. Really, what we will likely see is PR apology and vague promises. In reality there are some things not fixable. The game is still fun, I just hope bigger issues like ctd on Nexus and banter bug are killed. I love this game and rolling it out in this condition is really a shame.
In my fantasy world, I would love for them to say that all other Bioware projects are now on hold until the other teams get this thing up to a 9 out of 10 game. Yeah, right. I know - total science fiction/ fantasy. But they need extra help. Whatever the new IP is, I'll just bet it took away needed people from this game and is partially the reason it is so buggy. It could have been a GOTY contender, but now is just a mess.

I think they totally knew about the half-finished state of the game. Remember the nearly non-existing and extremely cautious, if not unusually shy marketing? If you think you have made something super awesome you don't do marketing like that.

Bioware should stop announcing announces already. Never ends well. Oh well, tomorrow is going to be interesting. Why is that? Doing announcements at least shows they're communicating with us as much as possible. I'd prefer they stay as active as possible to avoid what halo and Gears suffer. "These guys don't give a shit about us, they announce one thing every 6 months, that's not enough, we demand better than this!" Plus doing it, they're at least giving us an estimated deadline on changes that will occur, people won't be waiting in the dark forever on what's new that's coming up. @op: I'm expecting their plans for the year on the game. Patches to fix what they can fix, maybe clarifications on what they can and can't do, dlc road plans, maybe an apology for the quality of the game technical wise, etc etc.

If you think you have made something super awesome you don't do marketing like that. Or a day one patch. They full well knew what was coming out, they just took the chance the fanbase wouldn't make it a big issue.

If their SWTOR 'important' announcements are anything to go by, it will be an announcement about an announcement. They will say something along the lines that something 'cool' is in the works. Something 'exciting', something that 'will WOW you big time', something that they 'cannot wait to share' with the fans that they will announce later.
But we won't found out what it is for a few months. And then maybe there going to be another couple announcements that they will be making an announcement.
And then we'll get showered with squad-mate outfit dlcs.
/bitter costumer out.

Bioware should stop announcing announces already. Never ends well. Oh well, tomorrow is going to be interesting. Eh, people complain when Bioware don't make announcements about announcements so it dosen't really matter what Bioware do. Either way, it never ends well.

I'm 90% sure its gonna be something like "We know we can do better, thanks for sticking with us. Our priorities are fixing bugs, we would like to eventually fix Foster Addisons cold dead eyes but priorities mean we probably won't" also "here is whats to come for paid for story DLC and a glimps at the Free MP DLC stuff"

Probably some typical generic PR crap about how they intend on making things better and support the game with patches and improvements, along with DLC announcement and acting surprised about all the negativity surrounding this game.
