Peebs, because for me she has the best random lines during missions, I just find her overall likeable.
She has some good party banter with about everyone too. Cora-Vetra & Liam-Jaal party bater are also good, for very different reasons.

Cora is an excellent squadmate who can survive a lot, can prime and detonate and gives shield boost with HP regeneration.

Just did a NG+, and the first thing I did is dropping Liam straight away upon getting the Tempest for Vetra. Game some much more enjoyable without his lame jokes and comments  |

Yeah Jaal is gonna be always around for my MainRyder (NG, NG+, whatever) and if I ever make a SisRyder that romances him. (I'm presuming Bioware doesn't add m/m but I'd prefer it if it isn't too much work and is based off older plans/assets anyway.) Drack is being left for now, for my friend's playthrough when we get to it (we play together). Everyone else gets the other slot, but preference is on Cora/Liam (especially considering I have an 'alien slot' with Jaal) over Vetra/Peebee (especially the most disliked being Peebee). That being said, if there is, hypothetically, a 'new alien squadmate DLC', Jaal may be dropped. I don't love him as a character, and don't love his species enough (so far; potential is interesting) yet, that I need to have him. |

Hmm, I have to go with Drack for #1. He is a smooth customer and kinda like Shepard. The whole half cyborg, half bad ass wrapped up in a Krogan shell. I'd follow him closely with Vetra, then Peebee, Cora, Jaal and Liam. I don't hate any really. I just find myself using Drack and Cora a lot and the banter between them is funny sometimes. Went something like this. Drack - Do you have something I could use to plug a hole in my suit?
Cora - Ya here. Where is it I don't see a hole anywhere? (think she hands him a cloth or something personal)
Drack - Low, my quads gotta draft. Wanna see?
Cora - Oh, NO! Just keep it I don't want it back I picture Ryder driving...  |

Peebee was my favorite. Have to admit. Her commentary during missions and battles (except for "Hey little guy!") seemed to fit, and add to the fun - even at times the seriousness. Would I want her as a squad member on the Normandy, with the old Normandy crew? I think so. Albeit, HATE the raccoon eyes.
Drack was my 2nd favorite. Though no Krogan could replace Wrex. The banter between Peebee and Drack, was near perfection. One of the few highlights of Andromeda. Drack, by the way, is one heck of a battering ram.

All right we have a least favorite squad thread. I think it's only fair that we have a favorite squad member. I'll be honest I'm enjoying the cast so far! They're vibrant and have sense of togetherness even if they don't always agree with each other. I don't have a particular favorite right now, but who's yours? Haven't played it, but Cora's butt seems to be the best squad member. |
