I noticed some things which were not mentioned in the patchnotes. Please add more.
Now the Tooltipps display the actual stats instead of the confusing mess of endless numbers they showed before (for example: The base singularity has a 24s cooldown but is now displayed with 18s on my level 8 character).
The Apex Mission Conditions are now displayed in the lobby ("Shotgun Skirmish").
Tech Combos do more damage now. At least on shields. Maybe Bioware has "unlocked" the evolution rank-system?
Headshots seem to register more often off-host now. But not 100% sure on that.
I didnt have time to run more tests. Please add more things if you have noticed any. My bet is that (high rank) fire combos now do more damage against armor, etc.

Further stealth changes:
Some of the assassinate targets will now be "boss" mobs in wave 6.
Devices now takes half the time to "disarm".
Stealth grid animation now works off host.

Why would they not document such changes? It'd make people happier with them. Do they want us to hate them. Probably because they focused on getting items into the patch and not documenting them. I have this same problem at work, a software defect can be fixed in hours, but it takes weeks to pull an explanation of what was fixed out of the coder.

This is something I had asked for but I think it is still too cluttered. They need to stick to stats. I don't need it to tell me that my Overload "Chains to 2 additional targets" etc. Basically, just update the information displayed in rank 1. That's all we need. Which means someone fucked up. Pretty sure that's how the evolutions on powers worked in ME3MP as well. They aren't additive bonuses, all bonuses are added together, then are multiplied times the original base value. If you take the power improvements in the combat passive, they'll add to the bonuses from the tree itself as well (so if you had a +20 from your passives, you'd have 58 percent shields restored: 15+30+20 = 65, 1.65x35 = 58).

Nova was buffed, apparently. I'm not really sure because I didn't use the vanguard before this patch, but now I can play a non-melee human vanguard in gold with no boosters and top the board, and it seems that wasn't a thing before.

Which means someone fucked up. It's been a while since I actually looked into the math behind ME3, but I think this is how it worked back then as well. From memory it did for anything with a base stat to work from. For example Health, Shields, Weapon Damage, Melee Damage, Power Damage. Power effects have always been additive. And seem to still be in most cases. look at Cryo Beams armor debuff. Base 50% + 50% from 5a and the tooltip now says 100%. Biotic Charge and now Charge restores 50% of barriers/shields respectively at base and in both cases rank 6b is an additional 50% for a total of 100% restored. I find it hard to believe that anyone thought an extra 5.25% shields restored was reasonable. Oh, and just to confuse things more, Energy Drain has a base 100% Shield Damage Bonus and 15% Synthetic Damage Bonus. And with rank 6a's 40% and 15% you get a total of 140% and 30% respectively.

They fixed APEX mission search! You no longer get loaded into lobbies that aren't for an APEX mission. Have searched for 5 total tonight, all of them ended up in APEX mission lobbies. One time it sat there for a good 20 seconds searching, and then just automatically created an empty lobby with me as a host. This is a good QOL improvement.
And good lord, that "No Revives" mission is brutal. 3 times on Wave 6 had teams bite it. Think it's time to give that one a rest.

Headshots are still just as garbage and inconsistent off-host, as far as I'm experiencing. Any differences I've noticed have just been differences between the quality of individual hosts. Sniper rifle piercing mod on vanquisher still does no damage, but staggers through thin cover last I checked immediately after the update earlier today. That's the same as it was before the patch -- it always staggered, just didn't do damage. example from six days ago.

Randoms not picking kits with the purpose of cheesing objectives is almost as annoying.

Hit detection for snipers seems better on xb1. Both on and off host. So that's a nice improvement.

Feels like human Vanguard was buffed overall. Melee also felt like it was doing a little bit more damage, but I can't be certain without baseline numbers prior to the patch. It takes me charge + 2 swings to kill a Raider on Gold now, I think it was 3 or 4 swings before.
I think they changed something in calculations for how Nova damages defenses, because it also feels like it does more damage to shields. Or Sharpshooters survivability was way nerfed.
Of course, could all be products of an addled mind.
