Medium graphic settings, I must say that if you don't use the default Sara her facial expressions seems to be better. Or maybe its the 1.05 patch. Oh, and sorry about the console thingy. This is the only way I found to make a screenshot without using 3rd party software.

I'd say that it was like this even pre-patch. I watched a lot of the Andromeda videos featuring Sara before I actually got that far in my own playthrough, and I noticed that while some of the funkier stuff was still there, it was greatly reduced overall than what I observed in the default. That just makes no sense to me.
