Pharoah New Era Starting every map is to spend like over an hour examining every corner and visualising the layout. I always make a starting save titled ABC Plan with the initial placements. More often than not, I always have to restart at least once after the test run. One thing I like for this remake is that they retained the narrators and the music of the old game. Metro 2033 Redux Died several times because for some reason, the game tend to glitch on the weapons. In one caravan mission on the train tracks, the guy next to me threw over his shotgun while he worked the lever of the handcar. I shot once at a mutant then the weapon refused to work again. I couldn't even reload it. I had to load the last checkpoint and repeat the sequence. In another, I switched to shotgun and it immediately jammed up everything. Died to a flying monster. I picked up a AK-47 which isn't the usual AK-47 because there's a gauge on it. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do because I couldn't shoot nor reload. I've a feeling it's some sort of pressure worked rifle. Died a few more times because I was confused by what Bourbon was saying. As it turned out, he was saying; Run. Because the train we were in was toppling into the radioactive water. The medium of exchange in trade is the cartridge (bullet). Each level is scripted and quick pace. There are areas to explore but they're not very big.

I bought No Man's Sky at GOG.com since it was on sale. It was the first time I saw what the game looked like and now I get why everyone said it was better than Starfield. I've not played the game yet but in the trailer it says we can enter planets without any loading screen and land our spacecraft. One of the biggest complaints I've seen about Starfield is the loading screens. Don't know if No Man's Sky has any combat or is just exploration since I did not read the description as not to spoil myself. Never heard of the studio that developed the game either. But in 2003 I never heard of BioWare and was pleasantly surprised with KOTOR.

I have just got to Dazra and did the duel and picked up two other side quests bot of which sound very underwhelming.

How far into Shattered Space are you? Not far as I keep getting distracted by things. Also, Andreja telling me to stop and check something out is a must for stopping to check something out. On the main quest I have 3 things to do, and I'm currently locked into completing the first one before I can do the others.

I finished Uncharted 4 A Thief's End last night. Still have Lost Legacy to play through. Took me just shy of two weeks and just over 22 hours. What a great game! Very enjoyable, for sure. Interesting story and characters, fun gameplay- even if it were a bit on the easy side because of the settings I had, it was still a lot of fun. Good story, good writing/script and voice acting.....Honestly my only complaint was the seemingly constant use of foul language. I'm not talking about the *F Bomb* That I don't mind, that I can tolerate..It was the use of other words and Names that I cringed at but tried to turn a deaf ear to. Just the same the script could have been just as good without every other word being blasphemous vulgarity. That is honestly my only complaint about the game.
I still, however, prefer the Tomb Raider Survivor Trilogy in every aspect...But that's just my own personal preference and I won't dispute the fact that Uncharted 4 and indeed the rest of the Uncharted games, I am sure, are fantastic games in their own right.

AC Valhalla First of i raided a town and killed the murderer of my father and KICKED his sorry ASS and survived. A guy two times taller and bigger then me and i won yay. Hey i'm a Viking so i brag like a Viking "drinks" And again with the loot but "NO" loot from him only a little piece of round zilver that i give away later. After that i discovered some more land and went to probably the highest point jump Fannaraki in the game and enjoyed the view WOW. Yeah again with the wildlife but the only animals i saw during that discovery were those foxes and these guys Puffins. And after that i went to Alrekstad. Had trouble to find my brother so i dug to some pig shit to find a key instead and found a locked chest after that. I did one more mystery quest and that was probably the weirdest quest i ever did i talked to a woman with sex problems. So i followed the woman inside and they asked me to destroy everything inside so i destroyed everything but clearly that wasn't enough for him so they asked me to set the place on fire which i did obviously and that gave him a boner. After that the two of them asked me to join them but i didn't "those silly Vikings" I did find my brother eventually and talked to him. I also saw guys with power 280 will Eivor get that far ? Oh i also chased three of those floating letters and captured only one in the nick of time before it disappeared into the water.

Metro 2033 Redux So I was right about the rifle except that it's called a BB rifle. The air pressure must be at max for it to shoot and it's by far, a very powerful rifle. Too bad that after a certain number of bullets, the rifle must be resuscitated; 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 !! Breathe! Breathe! Damn it! 🤪 My life is on the line! So I think the nuclear bomb was dropped in WW II for this game world because one of the bad factions is apparently Nazis. Are you freaking me? There are mutants about and you guys are busy trying to win over the other? How are you even keeping the numbers up? Came across a child. He was separated from his mom and his uncle lay dead at his feet. I thought it's one of those hallucinations because there have been episodes occurring. The survivors have been having those and most go mad after such an encounter. As it turned out, he's real so Atyrom has to carry him and try to find the people of the station he's at. They're been over run and retreating but fortunately, the boy reunited with his mom. I stopped because I was trying to clear an obstacle by throwing a bomb. It apparently bombed me out of the game (CTD).

Morrowind
Decided to start a new Breton Mage character, because I had a rude awakening. My previous mage specialized in all magic and no combat skills like short blade or light armor. This time around aside from the magic skills I also gave him short blade and light armor. In my previous run he ran into a lot of enemies that easily destroyed him, and when he would run out of magic he had no combat skill to rely on. Plus a lot of the harder enemies had the ability to reflect his magic attacks back at him. His goal armor wise is to level his alteration enough to be able to unlock Divayth Fyr's armoire and "borrow" his Cuirass of Savior's Hide which as a constant effect enchantment of 60% reflect. Add that with the Robe of Drake's Pride and boom 80% magic resistance. Breton have a natural 50% magic resistance, but my mage has the Apprentice birthsign which nullifies his natural resistance with a 50% weakness to magic.

Went to Sovngarde, where the brave dwell forever. With the help of the Nordic heroes of old, I defeated Alduin. One day, the Dragonborn will return to the golden halls and drink mead in curved horns. Now I'm on Solstheim, having Morrowind flashbacks...

It sucks that when I'm actually in the mood to really dive into a game, the game in question is not out yet. I thought about going back to P3R, but ended up just playing the Metaphor: ReFantazio demo some more. By the time I'm done here I'm going to have the most perfectly optimized three days of any Atlus game ever! LOL.
I ranked up my Wisdom social stat, so I could do a side quest for the dark elf looking lady. I was about to start the quest when I wondered if I could even turn the quest in, I was on the 3rd day. So time to role the clock back Groundhog Day style. I can do this better! Haha.
Also, I've been debating which character I'm going to stick the Healer archetype on. I guess I'll go with Hulkenberg for now, though it seems like focusing on the Knight and Mage archetypes might be best for her.

Metro 2033 Redux
Finished the game and acquired the Enlightened ending. The last bit was annoying because it's a hallucination run. I ended up dying because I didn't know where to go. It was confusing. I opened the wrong door or went in the wrong direction or jumped too short. It took me like six attempts before the hallucination ended and Artyom did what he had to do.
Going to start Metro Light Redux next. Did some reading so again, player actions affect the ending. Basically, it's to be merciful, be stealthy when possible and generally help people and even those who are not human.

AC Valhalla. First i went to high point jump Ulriken and enjoyed the view. After that i traveled to England where the game finally starts. Skipped as much as i could through the whole Layla event i'm not a fan when the game goes there. Enjoyed the final boat ride and to my surprise it's spring over there and i have to say that England is thriving with wildlife i've already seen more animals in the 40 minutes that i was there then in the hours i spent discovering Norway. I've seen deer foxes rabbits/hare squirrels birds of prey snakes and i probably forgot to mention a few other animals. Sorry saandrig but so far i really like the England map. I raided a town and got some important loot to start building a town which i did "drinks". After that i did another mystery quest which involves following a "crazy" dude did some fighting and after that i had to carry him back to his wife. She thought he was dead but i ensured her that he wasn't because the entire way back he was hammering about stuff. And after that i did some exploring did some of those wealth quests found some loot and did some fighting. I have to say that it is important to read those notes you find everywhere because they can have something important to say. I do wonder why i'm wearing that cloak every time when i'm in one of those towns because there is really no need. There're maybe three/six or seven soldiers walking standing around at least nothing i can't handle "drinks". Edit: i forgot to mention that i also pet a cat and to my weird surprise they get like twice the size when they're in my arms. And another thing i had fun in this playthrough not with everything but mostly yes.

Metro Light Redux
Oh what a side kick. Dark hair, blue eyes. I think her eyes are blue but I could be mistaken because looking too long into them could get me a bullet. 😛 Kidding. Anna's a sniper and she's the side kick for the first mission. She doesn't think much of Artyom though, calls him Rabbit.
One thing I like about Metro 2033 and Light is that the shotgun packs a good punch. Throw the mobs back when they're up too close. However, the mutants are kind of bullet sponges but not too terribly.
Have to restart a few times on a particular check point because I elected to go stealthy and KO the mobs than kill them. It's a matter of which mob to take out first. It's also helpful light bulbs can be unscrewed to drop the area into darkness. Can't do much against florescent lamps though. A circuit breaker will turn off a number of lights but there're some that can only be put out with a bullet and that I cannot do.
Having fun so far, planning out stealth attacks. The one item I don't like is the ladder and climbing. Sometimes I have to halt halfway to check the area is clear and I tend to get stuck on the ladder. It's either an ascend or descend in one shot or not at all.

The Sims 4 I also play The Sims 4 from time to time and i got a notice that there's another expansion coming up so i did a little research and found this out. Don't fall of your chair if you keep reading because it's absurd if i say so myself. How much is it to get everything in The Sims 4 ? How Much The Sims 4 Costs in 2024 Summary. The Sims 4 has 71 DLCs, including expansion packs, game packs, stuff packs, and kits, totaling $1,235 (USD) in 2024. The game's DLCs range from $4.99 to $39.99, adding new content like careers, activities, and items to enhance gameplay. That's a whopping $ 1,235 (USD) and that's just for ONE game. So that also means that if you buy the upcoming expansion at a cost of $ 39.99 it will cost you $ 1,274,99 in 2024.

But in 2003 I never heard of BioWare and was pleasantly surprised with KOTOR. Nice! It's my second most played game on Steam, been playing since 2018 when MP was added. The game looks amazing now. There is so much to do, so many systems to make money now, it's pretty great. BUT remember it's a pure sandbox and collecting game, very light on story. You have to make your own fun. There is as much combat as you want. Zero or kick your ass on Survival until your ship is upgraded. Up to you, you can customize the experience now to suit your play style. You can even go completely zen exploration and buy anything for free which is awesome for base builders like me. And you can change it back any time you want. So if there's a grindy mechanic you don't like or you really want that ship now but lack cash, set the game to free buying and crafting for a moment and move on with your day. It's nothing like Starfield. For better or worse. But yeah you can fly your ship from space onto a planet and cruise over the surface, shoot stuff on the ground too. The first time you take off and have the freedom to fly to any of the planets in the system and later leave the system is amazing. It gets repetitive fast like Starfield and there are NO hand crafted points of interest. It's all procedural and nothing in this game is unique. But it's still a lot of fun to explore for maybe 50h. After that you have to make your own fun, collect ships. Build bases, go fishing. This game either becomes your forever chill game you'll return to whenever the mood strikes you or you'll get bored fast. Three of my friends tried it and they all stopped playing rather fast, 2 back in 2018, one very recently. Good luck!

Thanks, I played a bit yesterday on the starter planet collecting resources, but stopped playing not due to boredom but because I am currently replaying Morrowind. I am relieved to hear the game is what we make of it. I like open sandbox games such as The Elder Scrolls games where we can do almost anything. So I know I will enjoy this game.

I've started a second playthrough of Forspoken, which I last enjoyed a couple of months after its launch last year. I have no idea whether that would be considered a controversial thing to do.
