Starting Act II of The Witcher. I love the Grandma in Shani's house, so many varied interactions with her. The first time I entered the house she said it was her birthday, I tried to give her a ring, she told Geralt to GET OUT! Haha. A nearby merchant sells women's gloves, if you buy her the golden ones for her birthday, she approves! Another time she says, "The end is nigh! The likes of you is proof enough of that. Nothing personal." Other times, she just wants a drink. LOL.

Haha. I read about that. Haven't tracked it down yet. It takes a bit of mucking around, the bootblack is near the detectives house, but you have to talk to him twice to get the ring. Plus you have to give him a book on Redainian spymasters that you get from getting drunk with Thaler. The bootblacks real name is Reuven (Sigismund Dijkstra's right hand man) and he wrote the book.

In Star Wars Squadrons
So I started this game, quite obviously. Got through the prologue mission and then the mission afterwards.
Its a pretty gun so far and certainly of the mindless category. But a bit weird. Mainly the controls are taking a lot to get used to from my Ace Combat days but I suppose it might be a little more realistic...at least in regards to the throttling up and throttling down and keeping the power levels stable. Still it would take a little while to get used to because a lot o the time I found myself pushing up on both control sticks at the same time, which would send the fighter flying in the up direction...but would also increase the power to the engines. Other than that it is a bit...restrictive? Only having my vision in the cockpit front facing without being able to pan around, and also in the hanger bays as you have to hit 'x' in order to go anywhere and you cannot move around free form...very weird.
Also surprised that am essentially three missions in and not switching back to the Empire...at least not yet. Still switching between the TIEs to the Rebel Alliance X-Wing was a welcome change because the music was nice and familiar. Really felt good too. Also really like the shield effects on the X-Wing.
Got into a bit of a death loop attacking the Star Destroyer at the end of the prologue. Those guns are quite powerful on the thing and every time I tried to break away it would get me. Javes kept saying a line which would really get repetitive because it seemed like it was timed to just wipe you out when that line was said. I finally was able to get it though, ironically enough just as I was thinking about turning the difficulty down 'last chance and then I will do it'...that is when I was able to blow up its targeting system. But then despite that it was still able to take pot shots at me as I retreated to the hyperspace point. So I was quite nervous it would still blow me to hell.
No manual save so lets hope it does a good job with the autosave.

Vampire The Masquerade Night Road was a pretty good experience. While it's pretty much a text interactive story it had enough rpg systems included to also make it feel like you were playing a table top. The story was pretty good, mix of the usual masquerade politics as well as the inquisition hunters being around. It also was cool to see your character rise up from being just a courier if you played your cards right.
I'd say if your a fan of Vampire the Masquerade it's def worth a look, I enjoyed it better then the other 2 visual novels they did

Did some of those Dragon Response missions in GW2. I'm not grinding those. Doing them for advancing the story is enough... She looks like Michael Jackson... Whaaaat? No. It's the nose.

Made Marion- Demo
I played this last week, but I was too busy to write it up.
Fixed Protagonist in every fashion, even with internal italicized thoughts and a default attraction to nearly every Love Interest she comes across. That all said, I liked the demo. Art was good, music best left on low, thematic UI. There was only one writing choice on one of the demo routes that I was like WHY? Let's use magic to hide who you are, but then when someone finds you sus, just fess up to earn their trust even though they just held you at knife point and you could have said literally anything else outside of your actually gigantic secret? But not a deal breaker and hopefully not indicative of what the true game will entail. It's on my follow list.

In Act II of The Witcher. Got attacked by some City Guards for no reason, of course I had to defend myself so there dead now. I thought, this isn't good... I'm sure they'll be repercussions. About five seconds later an armor clad bounty hunter shows up, and after a few tries I managed to flee to a secluded spot to battle him. You can knock the bounty hunter down all day long with Aard, but its pretty much impossible to damage him. You can also pay him off, but it ain't cheap. So I wasn't exactly thrilled with these turn of events, thankfully I have some autosaves not to long ago. With luck one of them will be pre-City Guard attack. I will say the only positive is that I suddenly got real familiar with the controls, which will serve me in the long run. Haha. As I previously mentioned, keyboard and mouse really isn't my thing.

At the moment i'm playing 7 games and those games are: 1. Cyberpunk 2077 i still haven't finished this game yet. 2. I started a new game + with Immortals Fenyx Rising simply because this game deserves it and i had a lot of fun. 3. Assassin's Creed Odyssey because i cannot say goodbye to one of my favorite protagonists Kassandra yet. 4. The Sims 4 i don't think i've ever mentioned this game here before but yeah i play this game to. 5. Skyrim one of the people here was playing this game and i thought hey i've not played Skyrim in quite a while so there you go. 6. Assassin's Creed Valhalla i'm happy to say that the last patch fixed some of my problems when i first started playing 2 months ago. 7. And the last game is Divine Divinity 2 i started another playthrough because i like playing those games. I start off with The Sims4 ( otherwise this post would be way to long ) my really big family of 25 sims in one household needless to say is that i use mods. And i also cheat a lot i wish i could have more then 25 sims in my current household it's a lot of fun ... one big happy family. I also played the Sims 1 and 2 and 3 and now 4.

Picked up Tokyo Mirage Why You Need Such A Long Title again so spent the day squealing over cute anime stuff. It was fun.
Made it past chapter 3, needing 3 tries to defeat the final boss. First one was testing, second was being dumb and ignoring the results of the testing and third time was being less dumb and learning my lessons. Did screw up a little by killing the boss before his posse, but not doing the fight again so lesson learned for later. If I remember it at all.
Started the main dungeon of Chapter 4, but it has a puzzle to proceed and I'm in too dumb of a state to figure it out and beside the switch ran out of batteries so headache for tomorrow.

I did some more floors in the Endless Path dungeons in Pillars of Eternity...and now I'm kinda bored, because every fights just feel like it's a trash encounter unless I go do super hard stuff. Level 9 party was near endgame at release, lol. I had the same issue in Deadfire, my last PT (completed almost the entire game outside 2 DLCs and one islands full of slavers) was stopped at level 18 of 20. Anyway, I decided to start Deadfire with an handmade legacy that fit the choices I was planning to make and picked turn-based mode. I'm not sure I'm a fan of my choices. First my spiritshifted form makes weird noise when attacking. Second, I picked Ancient subclass which is more of a summoner and that was a bad choice for TB: more creatures = combat last longer.

Finished the male V PT in Cyberpunk; went with Panam. Got a couple of new msgs in the credit roll. Pretty bored after. No new games. I took a look at Fenyx Rising. It looks / feels like a AC game, in cartoon style. The MC is no Kassandra though. I'd probably fire up BG III again.

So my sims are awake 24/7 i have to admit that it's a lot of mouse clicking but they're always happy or very happy.

I am enjoying Divinity Original Sin 2, quite a lot. But man...it has clearly been a long, long time since I've played anything like it The hand holding I've become used to with the AAA RPGs is entirely absent (which is great, don't get me wrong) and the learning curve on the systems and exploration/quest solving is quite steep. Thoroughly entertained by the writing and consumed by the world - and I still haven't left Fort Joy (which I am assuming is the tutorial area... )
