My question is how is Dracks bar fight so much better than Mordas slap fest? Like how do you go from one to the other? The bar fight was at least believable but the slapfest? Kinda reminds me of: Yep even if I love mass effect andromeda and I think its a genuinely good game, this fight just made me laugh for at least one minutes. I mean why they did not get their krogan hammer and made their fight destructive of the place, this combat reminded me of fake WWE and yes I said fake WWE like more fake than the "real" one.

Krogan didn't get kicked off the Nexus, though. They left. They administered the kicking to the Exiles.

Clearly Mac Walters and Manveer Heir lazily animated this to appease ugly basic feminists.

Drack's fight scenes > this scene lol so bad and afterwards you just get a growl from Morda... ruff! Lol yeah I was like wtf when the "cutscene" dialogue started just to get an abrupt "Rumph!"

What kind of intergalactic space hero gets crash tackled by a Salarian in a bar fight? Those Salarians are scrappy little things.

Really just as a base concept I have to believe that this scene started as a joke. I thought we had this pretty well settled in the trilogy; krogan hand to hand combat is headbutts. Headbutts for days. Also on a side note, personal opinion: Morda's VA is the worst in the game. Maybe the worst in the franchise. Maybe the worst that Bioware has ever hired. The main issue is that something was very off about the voice filter effect they applied to give female Krogan deep voices in ME:A. It makes them sound more like men that have somewhat feminine voices. Kesh has the same problem. I don't know what went wrong, because Eve/Bakara sounded great in ME3. Did Eve just have a VA with more natural bass in her voice?

It's about time we admit that something has gone horribly wrong with everyone that took this trip. Dark space affects people in unpredictable ways.

Did Eve just have a VA with more natural bass in her voice? Maybe it's just the general tone of the scenes they're in and the emotions their characters are conveying but I didn't find Kesh's voice to be particularly bad. Wasn't great, wasn't anything to write home about, but it was fine. I suppose it was because Kesh is just a reasonable, friendly professional, someone who's working in a stressful situation but has the calm that comes with knowing that she could kill all of her colleagues with a headbutt if she had to. Where as Morda is supposed to come off as angry, suspicious, threatening, demanding, dominant, confident, outraged, disgusted, bargaining - a significant range to convey in two short scenes, but the tone and inflection never really changes. Just this monotone, even keel lisp that is very much like you describe. I am curious; is it confirmed that something went wrong with voice filters? Has Bioware put out a statement to that effect, or the actors? I gave up on trying to guess where they used filters and where they didn't after I learned that Mark Meer did all the vorcha voices completely unassisted by technology.

Not that I've seen, but Kesh was voiced by Allegra Clark who voiced Josephine in DA:I. Her natural voice sounds nothing like Kesh. While there are some actors that have tremendous range, like Claudia Black, you can tell Matriarch Aethyta is Ms. Black once you find out who voiced the character. There is no voice filter effect applied and she's just altering her natural voice to fit the character. Kesh seems more like she had something artificial applied over the VA's voice.

Three jabs and a light kick put an end to a blood feud and attempted coup? "Oh no, she's putting up a mild fight, my one weakness!" I guess the real krogan stayed back in the Milky Way... This.....especially that Krogan in that top clip. THAT is how you kickass!....geez... parts of Andromeda feels like they are checking off their checklist to make sure everybody is happy....just make a decent game with interesting characters and a decent storyline and everything else will fall into place (sales, recognition, praise..etc)..... The Krogan in the Top clip has a name! Urdnot, Wrex!

I had the most laughs with them and Shepard interacting in the game. =) Hell, rummaging around Alec's room made me miss Liara so much. lol I may have to do another playthrough on ME and ME2 with the DLCs.

Morda's voice is Jamie Clayton, the same voice for Jien Garson. That's the problem. The voice of a transwoman who took hormones to stop puberty should not be used for the voice of Krogan females who are MEANT to sound pretty masculine and not like a 13 year old.
