One of the saddest things when I beat the game was that Dunn died and when that happened I was just ready to go post my impressions here saying she was Best Space Milf.
I just learned that apparently she can survive in some playthroughs. I have no idea how, but now I want to replay the game dammit.

Holy shit, Dunn can die?
She lived in my playthrough. I'm assuming she dies in the crash? No idea what I did to keep her alive. But she definitely pulled through in my game.

She lived on my first playthrough. I think someone said you need to have all the Pathfinders for her to live.

I think it has something to do with the Pathfinders. In my game I had Rex, Sarissa and the male Salarian whose name I never remember as Pathfinders, and Dunn survived because Sarissa created a barrier as she crash landed. So maybe it's tied only to Sarissa not being replaced.

So it's tied to Avitus, then? Because, if both Raeka and Sarissa are automatically replaced, there's always at least two other Pathfinders. So, if you don't urge Avitus to become Pathfinder, then he becomes a depressed drunk and Dunn dies. And if you do, he's a badass Pathfinder and she lives. That's a really skewed choice. Why wouldn't you go that route when there's literally no benefit for it?

I'm not sure how it works but apparently having the wrong Pathfinders left makes her die. I told Avitus to go drink himself to death on Kadara so I was one Pathfinder short. I think that caused it. I also sacrificed the Salarians on the Kett Flagship. |

This is nice. I felt like this game was kinda linear because all it reflected in the ending was how many people you got with you fighting, but this is awesome.
I hope they don't just write Dunn out completely in Andromeda 2. She needs a cameo or a moment to shine if she's alive. I know she's probably Schlerf's character but I really liked her. She stood out to me for being an asian captain and a milf.

Dunn survived for me on first play through. I really thought she was going to die and last second I saw the barrier pop up around the bridge at impact.
Had Sarissa whom I did not expose. Along with the Pathfinders Rix and Hayjer. I did have 100% Viability across 5 worlds and made sure to do anything that seemed to help what I was doing.
