If I consider the Vorcha no better and no smarter then attack dogs that can talk, and I despise a race of people who think slavery is a very acceptable way of life then yea I am certainly a racist  Romans thought slaves were nifty too and they were cool. |

I doubt the slaves and the cultures the Romans robed and pillaged thought they were cool Being that the Batarians love to enslave most of the Citadel races, and the Initiative is made up of nothing but Citadel races, the question still stands. Who would want Batarians or Vorcha on their Ark? |

Well that depends on who you ask. I doubt the slaves and the cultures the Romans robed and pillaged thought they were cool Diocletian absolutely adored slavery. Being that the Batarians love to enslave most of the Citadel races, and the Initiative is made up of nothing but Citadel races, the question still stands. Who would want Batarians or Vorcha on their Ark? Quarians aren't a citadel race, neither are Krogan, both fucked up harder than the Batarians who are merely a bit huffy. |

I cried a little. I really wanted more Batarian lore. A Batarian squadmate. A Batarian fitting right in on Kadara... Admittedly would've been nice. One thing I didn't like about leaving the milky way was feeling like we wouldn't get more lore and world building on species we already had. Still feel like I don't know that much about Krogan or Turians or Asari tbh. Loved all the stuff they've done with Angara tho. |

I'm hoping that they'll add them in like second wave of Arks coming to Andromeda. Only these ones come in middle of Reaper war.
So we could get some connection from ME3 this time around and maybe some Easter egg from Shepard, like a pre-recorded speech.

They could have taken DNA samples from all Milkyway species with them on the Nexus. Then someone could clone a whole army of Batarian, with or without Tann's blessing, if Bioware felt like retconning it at a later date.
