I do not know how it happens, but I have been in three games where cooldowns vanished for me (and ammo was unlimited on guns that reload). Since you have only 3 shots in your clip, I believe that in this mission you were not affected by the thing that I was seeing... But, anyways, maybe that no cooldown cheat is really just reliably triggering a bug that already exists in the game?

Pretty sure it wasn't a bug. They were spamming powers the whole match, they weren't the host, and everyone else had normal cooldowns. I mentioned it because I'm surprised that kind of cheat would work client-side.

It's probably still Cheat Engine except not using the same public hack: you need to individually remove the cooldowns for each ability (rather than affect the cooldown reduction global variable). Another way is with mods, but even less people are knowledgeable on that, unless they've also modded DAI
