Been trying to mod weapons. I followed your method as highlighted above, and I managed to change the rate of fire for the Avenger I. However, I can't seem to change the rest of the stats of the Avenger I like the magazine size, spare ammo, etc. I was wondering if anyone else has had success modifying the other stats of weapons? You need the newest version of the tool (can be found github.com/zeroKilo/MEAExplorerWV

Thats given, hmm will give it a try later. See if i can fiddle with the revenant and the soned to make them a bit more usable. Would be nice if one could convert the ebx to a spreadsheet and back again. But hopefully in due time that becomes possible.

ME:A Modding Discord
discord.gg/FryMsqU
not ran by myself, but Ehamloptiran (Main coder behind DAI ModMaker), Rick Gibbed, Dawnless Sky, KFreon (Main ME3 toolkit coder), Kiwidog (Top Frostbite scene coder), Ottemis (Main DAI texture modder), etc.
github.com/zeroKilo/MEAExplorerWVTutorial: How to install ME:A mods Tutorial: How to create and share your mods on Nexus P.S. much friendlier tools are in the works and will provide even more editing capabilities. stay tuned!
If Gibbed is involved, this is good. He made so many great save editors for D&D games.

Damn, pale skin mod is out on Nexus but I'm kind of afraid to use MEAExplorerWV. With my luck I'll get banned for it, lol. Do you think there's a big chance of getting ban for using mods?

From what I can see, the only way to use mods is to technically hack the game (remove the anti-tamper file-check). As much as I'd love to make SAM shut up about the weather (they had already made a mod for that), I'm unsure about it..

I can't say for certain, but I've modded countless games and have never been banned for any. I modded Mass Effect 3 but I always steered clear of multiplayer, so I've never had any issues. Did people get banned for modding Dragon Age Inquisition?

Did people get banned for modding Dragon Age Inquisition? DAI did not require any DRM-braking manipulations and\or playing offline, their mods were 'license-friendly' (so to speak). Modding the guns and camera is certainly not advisable for anyone who plays MP. ME3 did not have denuvo\crazy encryption, and UE is much more 'user-friendly' as an engine in general.

I would say the chances of bans is about zero unless you blatantly hack in MP. The overall modding process is extremely similar to DAI (except the "drm" part which is nothing more than a simple obfuscation layer that the engine doesn't even care about, it's not EA DRM but rather something bioware put in extremely late for whatever reason)

See the videos properly, some .dll files have to be made unprotected to work properly. Both the ansel ones which you replace make sure they are not protecting in the settings. Same with the .dll's for the meaexplorer.

Same with the .dll's for the meaexplorer. Thank you! I checked and I had all the files, including those of the program, in read-only. Now works
