It's ultron BioWare has been Avengers fanboys to their own detriment since ME3. There was also the "I don't need an Army, I have a Krogan" line. Speaking of plagiarism, there was also this Alien 1979 Andromeda
 That's stretching it a bit. They took inspiration from it sure but not plagiarism. |

Loaded words maybe but I think they cross the fine line between "referencing" something and ripping it off here. I specifically remember Patrick Weekes wrote about this back on the Penny Arcade boards (waaaay back; ME2 days) about LotSB DLC and how there was an Indiana Jones reference during the Skycar chase and they ended up iterating upon it because they were basically just reusing the dialogue instead of nodding to it.

SAM reminds me of Navi,from Legend of Zelda Ocaria of Time. Both are annoying when they won't stop repeating the obvious and there is no way to mute them.
