Theres a woman at the windfarm on Kadara that asks you to find the scavengers that stole her parts, I swear she did a voice in DA2 but can't figure out who.

Edit:  In Prodromos, interact with the terminal on the first floor of the building closest to the Tempest.

Ok, the quest name is Waking to the Future and it is Darket Tiervian (who is voiced by the same person who voiced Tali) whose father asks, via a terminal message in one of the buildings in Prodromos, that his daughter be woken early. I wish I could remember which terminal but there are so many that I can't remember...I do know it was an indoor terminal. When you go to Nexus, Vladimir Brecka is the person to ask to wake Darket. You might have to go through even grayed out questions to get to where you can wake people up...I think I woke up two people in my last game. It might be under the question about colonists IDs. 

Once she's awake, you can go back to find her at Prodomos and she'll give you a quest, which proves she was a good person to awaken since she is proving useful work to the AI. 

I'm so used to relying on the Wiki to find out answers to quests and people in the Bioware games but there isn't very much in the Wiki yet about MEA 

That would have been a very interesting character to have in my squad.  I can imagine the banter between him and Drak

Did they say why they decided to leave him out?  Just another example of how badly Bioware messed up.  I would love to ' Air lock' both Liam and Peebee.

DLC sounds like the real reason.  I do wish they would have allowed us the ability to dump some of the crew in favor of others we meet in the game.
