What was the worst/funniest bug ?

I'm feeling inspired/Frustrated.

I've come across some shit in my time and I thought I'd seen it all in the last few weeks.

Until a browse through Youtube for a laugh at other peoples gaming problems and then, poetic justice.

I load up the console and press X on my profile which works, I'm in. Slide over to the Mass Effect Andromeda icon like a moron and press X. The game loads, I get to the moment when the game prompts me to "press X to start" the game. I do and....nothing.

I press it again, no response.

After several dozen repeated attempts to "press X to start", I come to terms with the fact it actually won't do that because it wants to teach me a lesson.

I've reloaded three times and nothing.

I've been laughing to myself about it, picturing the look on my own face for a few minutes now and I feel confident in saying this is my worst and funniest bug in one.
