Has anyone checked how the skirmish bonuses worked yet? Is the 50% bonus additive or multiplicative? Whenever I do them my gun feels a little stronger but not 50% stronger that's for sure.

This is indeed how the mechanic works. Someone submitted this question using the Google Sheets form.

Average Flak Count is around 8. Highly variable due to environment. Flak 6A increases average to around 12. Pure Damage Flak6B wins. Spec'd for power damage, the DOT alone is almost 2k damage. Average damage from Flak 6AxB vs HP is around 3.5k vs health. Flak 6AxA is around 2.3k but dramatically increases the area affected. Both tested with Munitions Training 4B, no gear, no boosters. Damage increased by 1.75x against Armor if 5A is taken. Damage lost from -30% Shrapnel vs Armor is minimal. Very possible to one shot mid level enemies with 6B if you let them bleed out for full duration.

I am pretty sure the "cooldown" is merely a visual audio thing.

The second explosion does actually happen, you just don't see it. I assume to reduce excess stacking audio and visual effects. I have seen enemies staggered and damaged by the second explosion, even though it wasn't shown. And this invisible explosion is only when the same enemy is detonated for the same type of combo within a short period.

Powers are also able to detonate and prime at the same time. If you time it right throw+overload will give both a biotic explosion and a tech detonation at the same time on the same enemy.

Well, time to try out the Flak Bleed.

By the way, is there an exhaustive list of which powers can multidetonate? I am eyeing leveling the Krogan Engineer as a classic DnD Fireball and Lighting Wizard Lizard, but my experience with Biotic detonations is making me wary about planning to multi-detonate with AoE Incinerate and Charged Overload.

Individual combo cooldown is 5 sec. But I have no trouble cycling explosions with powers that prime and det. Maybe latency related?

When I say time it right, I mean they both have to hit in (close enough to) the same frame (tick?), It appears primes are resolved first, allowing both to be added, then the two detonations resolve, each detonating. This may or may not have to do with the relevant priming and detonating evolutions rather than purely the base powers.

This requires distance, throw first, then as it gets there fire off overload, you do not have a chance to charge fully, so you won't get the chain effect, You can do this with two people, and off host, but the timing makes that difficult to synchronize, whereas doing it yourself can be easily predicted(ish).

You can do the same with incinerate > overload, getting a fire burst and tech burst, same rules roughly apply. I hav done this semi reliably on my krogan engineer, and have done/seen it in games where two players coincidentally achieve it, but never recorded any instances, I will see what I can do

I'm not sure, but I think I like it this way. Not having to commit all ranks to a power to max it's combo should free up some skill points in theory.

This makes me wonder if the explosion damage bonus is the better evo. Unless Singularity/Annihilation Field reapply the debuff right away.

It was more than double what I see now. I don't remember a Patch note about a mag size reduction for it (that doesn't mean much, btw) and I just wanted to ensure we didn't have a copy-paste error, or something.

I'd really like to know how Double Throw and Double Incinerate behave when both projectiles hit the same target?

Both can be specced to be Primer and Detonator so do we get a combo in 1 cast when both projectiles hit?

For Throw, does the world collision damage is higher for being hit by 2 projectiles? And is there any initial impact damage increase?

For Incinerate, does both DOT stack?
