Heh. With veteran ranks and stealth grid applying to avenger strike fix, you can reach the one shot Avenger Strike threshold for gold redbars on Angara Stabvenger if you go for max melee damage bonuses. Could legit go power cell on avenger strike kill and be an extremely slow, yet perfectly efficient ghost.
(.80 + .65 + .40 + .40 + .33 + .15 + .65 + 1 + .5) * 500 = 2440
Doesn't seem worth it at all, though. The anti-armor DPS of avenger melee is too insane not to get stun if you are going shanky shank. Seems more practical to comfortably be at 2 hits to kill threshold and get useful utility/other bonuses (like, for example, sticky damage boosts in the gear slot).
Um. Question. The stats table says Firaan can hit weakspots... How reliable is that for headshots on humanoids, and is that weakspot bonus affected by 5A in weapon training (+.2 headshot bonus)?

Yeah, Can only happen in theory if you are standing on a higher level or the humanoid is knocked down. The headshot zone is at around thigh height

extra effect duration does NOT affect tech combo DOT nor sustained power (flamer/cryo beam) number of ticks, NOR ET's activation by overload ..
Apparently Only good for DOTs ? What's the meaning of it on Exemplar ? ED dot duration ?

tech burst DOT doesn't trigger ET. Using overload as a detonator for TB will not even provide the 1.8 seconds ET window ..

Yeah I think we are range capped even on the standard hitscan guns. Some of the others have pretty pitiful range, especially the beam and some projectile. I have been using the Dhan a lot in my NG+ game, but the projectile flat out disappears before something like 20m, but I am a vanguard so no big deal. The Equalizer in MP is also capped at like 20m. Of course the accuracy makes it useless past that point anyway. I needed this for my WIP character builder app. /u/Hello_Isaac dug up the formula from the game files (credit to ehamloptiran for making that possible) and then our cheat engine expert allowed us to "see" the in mission cooldowns so we could put it to the test. It all checked out so here's the formula for the Maximum Length Ability Cooldown (some abilities get cooldown reduction if canceled early):
BaseAbilityCooldown / (1 + Sum Power Recharge Speed Bonuses) * [1 + Max(0,(Weapon1 Weight + Weapon2 Weight - CarryCapacity)*2) + Sum(Annihilation Recharge Speed Penalties)]
BaseAbilityCooldown: read this in game by selecting the first power evolution (Ex for Shockwave: Recharge Time (s) = 12 )
Power Recharge Speed Bonuses: - power evolutions named "Recharge Speed" - power efficiency evo passive/fitness - power efficiency booster - power recharge speed bonus stat - power expert gear - assault turret 5b link .. Exemplar's Biooelectric Focus 5b "detonation feedback" seems to be a multiplier applied to the remaining cooldown amount when the triggering kill occurs.
Observations: OverWeight capacity penalty is MULTIPLICATIVE AND DOUBLED. If you intend to use cooldown based powers - going over carry capacity is a terrible idea. The Max(0,value) ensures we don't get any bonuses for going under capacity.
The annihilation penalty to cooldown speed is also MULTIPLICATIVE (provided you don't go over carry capacity) - hard to go around ..
