I was wondering if you can purchase more casual clothing somewhere in Heleus? I got tired of the regular initiativ clothing.

I really wish they'd put a little more work into the casual outfits. I've pretty much hated all of them, no matter what game it was. I try to go with the one I dislike the least. FemShep's dress (horrible), Inquisitor's 'Pajamas' (gag), Andromeda's sweats....Makes me wonder if they ever look outside and actually pay attention to what people wear.

More variety clothing for Ryder would be welcome for shure. But also, for all people from the Initiative ? Every people in the station is wearing the same Initiative jumpsuit. Maybe it could be an idea that the people could wear different clothing, it would help to make NPC looks a bit different, Especially the Asari who all have the same damn face

I wouldn't turn down additional casual clothes options, but personally, I'm pretty happy with the jacket/scarf combo. I know nothing about fashion or anything but that didn't stop me thinking that Sara looked quite stylish outside of combat. It also doesn't seem as weirdly lore breaking as some of the other outfits in the trilogy felt (the cocktail dress only felt appropriate to wear in a few situations to me).

I like the F!Ryders jacket/scarf, but I don't like the male one. I miss Shepard's vest. M!Ryder needs a cooler wardrobe options imo. A rogue in sweatpants? I know it's casual, but... still...

I wouldn't mind if Ryder had the option to wear something similar to what Suvi wears. I also would like to wear a hat. At the beginning, Greer and Fisher are seen wearing hats before going to habitat 7. Maybe its something that will be added in the next patch.

I don't think we've seen many leather jackets w\ scarves in ME 1\2 before. It's the best-looking outfit among the three, yeah, but I don't think it fits the setting. Somehow it constantly reminds me of DAI. Wish they were more consistent with the in-game fashional trends and style.

I would like to see more male Ryder clothing; except for the jacket, most of what he wears looks like what I'd wear around the house; like sweats or pj's. I had thought when I went to see Sloane Kelly, I would be in my spacesuit; instead, I'm wearing what looks like a sweatsuit. Being sarcastic to her wearing that made me feel a bit silly. And yes, hats would be lovely. Ballcap; cowboy hat...fez, anyone?

I thought really hard 'bout it, and I, like, demand BioWARE put my fav outfit of all times for my M!Ryder outfit. Now, that's one thing worth copying from them oriental games! Chop-chop, BioWARE! I want it yesterday! Weeee! Countless, I mean countless play-time hours added!

Completely agree with this. I love the Jacket/scarf combo. It's the first casual outfit I liked in ME. The other two options are perfectly fine as well and they're certainly better than anything we've had in OT. I also would like to wear a hat. At the beginning, Greer and Fisher are seen wearing hats before going to habitat 7. Maybe its something that will be added in the next patch. I, too, would love the option to wear a hat and/or (sun)glasses. The cowboy hat the merchant on Havarl is wearing looks pretty cool.

This game is set 800 years in the future, bro. What people are wearing outside today should have 0% relevance on the costume design. They were in cryosleep for most of that. Their fashion sensibilities should be the same as the time they were departing the Milky Way which is to say it should be similar to the previous trilogy. I didn't see a lot of sweatpants and pj's on the NPC's in that game. The color customization feature is pretty cool but something a little less loungy would be nice. The Pathfinders are quasi military; I don't know if Sara served by male Ryder was in the alliance military; doesn't he have some fatigues he could wear or a bomber jacket or something?

Forget fixing the game, BioWare, we need more clothing shopping options. Can't save the galaxy with a mangled face without proper attire.

They also had weight (and probably space) limits for how much personal stuff they could take with them. That would restrict the size of the personal wardrobe they could carry with them, and I would expect it lead to a preference of function over form.

Shit I wasn't even thinking of this, because prior offerings were pretty terrible, especially for the female character. I'd never say no to more options, but at least now it's gone from meh to acceptable (or possibly even ok).

Well, he might have packed his fav sweatpants to double as PJs, but in the name of getting the trade flowing, I am all in favour of buying something less homey on Aya or Kadara. Hey, what if the space laundry machine malfunctions? Addison, no matter how sweet and forgiving of youthful transgressions of a lady she is, might have something to say about going on diplomatic missions with fashion obsessed Angara wearing well, yeah... the initiative uniform. It's not really flattering, tbh. Prove me wrong! Please!
post me the dashing Scot Casual look! And I shall copy. Right now I am at a loss without armor.

Very simple setup that Bioware just has not gotten yet.
Base game 3-5 simple head items 3-5 chest items 3-5 leg options 3-5 shoe options
For the Sake of EA money grubbers Deluxe Bonus two in each area
Each DLC adds 1 new set per DLC thats themed around said DLC.
For a game about *customization* over more intense story like TW3. They definitely should have each area separate from one another to allow more customizations. Especially since we spend abit of time on the Nexus,Tempest, Kadara port, Aya etc etc.
Maaaaybe MEA 2?😆... not exactly new and exciting systems but something done for ages....

The best "casual" clothes are still the Normandy uniform from ME1. Regulation issue, utilitarian but comfortable looking. Simple design, believably futuristic but timeless as well.
In the other games the uniforms were over-designed or they allowed stupid crap like hoodies and dresses.

I don't know...you're new to a galaxy w/o much in the way of resources. I'd be more surprised if you had a full wardrobe of shit to choose from than the limited options available to you. So, I can build multiple categories of weapons and spacesuits with the 'limited resources' of Andromeda but I can't get a f**king outfit that doesn't make me look like I stole a college kid's clothes from the community laundry room? I'm not asking for a walk in closet like GTA V. I just want some clothes appropriate for a quasi military guy who may be called on to make first contact. Not unreasonable to think that would be possible. I can craft Angaran special forces space suits; I can craft some non dipsh*t looking clothes.

Yeah, that scene is better with the jacket and pants, but I think that ship-casual should be different than port-casual, which should look like official uniform. Like, if not full armor, then an official jumpsuit or the underarmor. Technically Ryder is on official business out there and shouldn't look like he/she is about to fall asleep binging Netflix.
