I maxed FOV in FO4 in 3rd person but still got sick, I tried everything with that game, ginger, seabands etc. I bought it like day one, so full price, thinking that I'd be fine, ya know, since I never had a problem with the previous games. Like you, it was the worst motion sickness I'd ever experienced while playing a game. I felt sick for days afterwards just thinking about it, it actually put me out for a whole day the last time I tried. I have no idea wtf they did with that game, but even people who don't usually have the problem were getting it... in 3rd person.

First person though? I can't even watch first person gameplay videos without wanting to throw up (I've tried), it's the biggest no of gaming no's for me.  A shame because I actually wanted to have a crack at something new from Bioware.

Matchmaking or will people who play solo have to resort to coming up with things like LFG to tackle the hardest content Anthem has to offer?

How does Jon knows that Charlie Brown will be happy?

What if Charlie wants matchmaking and hates LFG?
What if Charlie hates matchmaking and prefer LFG?
What if Charlie just want to be able to solo everything?

Sounds like "Yes we plan matchmaking but I don't want to commit to anything this early on," to me.

Or there will be a solo difficulty setting for all content.

We haven't heard any more hints about character creator, right? I'm curious if we'll be able to choose gender or if the character is set so it's not selectable. I'd prefer the former but I can accept the latter if it's good.

Man, I really hope we can customize our armor! That's be awesome!

I think their doing that to save on animation costs, at least for sidequests conversations.

But I imagine they will include a CC for the same reason MMOs and Destiny do. Even if other players don't see your face very much (Or even the player too often), it's important that players feel differentiated from one another, develop a sense of attachment.

Yeah, on one hand, I hope there's a CC. But on the other, if you're in 1st Person mode outside your armor, 3rd Person while in it, and only meet up with your friends in areas while you're already in your exo-suit... Is there any need for a CC (outside of choosing M or F)?

That said, we did have a brief glimpse of a Freelancer in the demo, so maybe there are other areas in the game where it might be useful having a face?

I'm actually kind of wondering if this is going to be like the equivalent of those free camera conversations in Inquisition and Andromeda. They cut down on animation cost by using first person, but big story moments get the cinematic treatment.

 Visual effects on armor would be sweet. Doom had it where you could put how prestine you'd want it to look or it could be rust/dirt and they had various levels where you could put it.
