Noticed something weird yesterday and today as well. I got to work by bus, at the bus station there are always around 10-15 people waiting and it was a cold day, below freezing-. As I was freezing my butt off I noticed that my breath was clearly visible because of the temperature, but the other people did not have any visible breath. Even as I breathed very shallowly it was still clearly visible - even in the reflection of a glass window, none of the other people waiting had visible breath. Same thing happened today. Is my breath hotter than those of others? Are other people NPC's and the system does not render their breath? Is there an answer to this that is not scary? But seriously now, what's going on? I paid extra attention today and I clearly did not see anyone's breath at all, its not some weird optical trick. Dragon status confirmed.

It was Monday. In November.
*tries desperately to de-stress. Ugh. Not even my Energizer MAX is good enough to give me the positive energy to get me through a day like today. Not after being up since 1 a.m. ET and having a vertigo episode whole at work that lasted over 2 hours.

I paid extra attention today and I clearly did not see anyone's breath at all, its not some weird optical trick. I think I have weak recollections of me once having made the same observation. And weirdly enough, I think it was also at a bus station. I'm going to offer you three hypothesis: 1: You may have discovered that most of us, by now, are alien reptiles in rubber masks. The good thing is that we are now in full control, so you represent no threat and nothing bad is going to happen to you. 2: There is a difference between breathing through your nose and through your mouth. The nose is built upon a crossflow principle that is not only widely employed in technology, but also highly visible in the biological world. Have you ever wondered why Penguins' feet don't freeze? Well same feature. While human noses are not extreme adaptions to this, us being hairless Africans, it still has some effect in hydrating and warming the air as you breath in, and recovering both some of that heat and moisture as you breathe out. You yourself has to be the judge of how this may have affected your experiment. 3: Maybe it's a question of that your own breath is easier to see for some reason? I think I gravitated to that assumption all those years ago. But it's hard to remember.

I wasted most the last two days wrestling with frustration, as I tried to conclude some important business before the clock ran out. It should have taken like two hours at the most. I ended up spending two days. The primary reason for this was a flakey internet in our area. I was unable to use internet for my work, as web pages and applets kept not filling up, before I was timed out and logged out. Not only I had this problem, but the bank as well. I had provided all relevant papers to them a long time ago, but now they couldn't access them. They, the scans, were there in their database, but they couldn't access them. Finally, I packed all the relevant things in my backpack and went off - unshaven, no shower - to visit the bank. Arriving there, shortly before they were scheduled to close, it wasn't there any longer! Of course they had moved the bank office! Thankfully not far, I found them and finally wrapped up everything.
- Whew! 😌

I have isolated my front window with draught strips tonight. It is already dark here, so tomorrow I'll look if I succeeded. So far, so good.

Been feeling groggy the whole day and work was difficult, had lots of bad dreams last night. One dream was about me being chased by a monster that was never quite visible but I knew was always lurking in the shadows. I got that weird isolated feeling of being chased in broad daylight through busy streets and rooms by some evil only I noticed. The evil spirit or whatever it was supposed to be repeatedly whispered something barely audible in a creepy voice- a word that sounded like ''Hoshido'' or ''Hoshida''. Very strange dream, no idea where I got that from. I have isolated my front window with draught strips tonight. It is already dark here, so tomorrow I'll look if I succeeded. So far, so good. Its quite windy here as well!
