So I think I found an Easter Egg: (Does not contain plot information. Below is an excerpt from a (mostly humorous) krogan terminal entry.) :amirite:

PSA- Vetra Nyx: Means and Ends (Bug Alert) Progress on this mission can be rendered impossible by way of enemies phasing through things which seems to happen easily. The mission task may list the task as completed but you will be unable to progress as the doors will remain locked. This happened to me twice.
The first was outside the closet where you and the colonists have taken refugee. After defeating the enemies, I was unable to check up on the colonists because the door remained locked. This seemed to have been caused by me wiping out the enemies either too quickly or because they were blown off the mak by a singularity explosion. Likely the last as I refrained from doing the latter when I reloaded.
The second was in the turret room where I was once again used a singularity and after finding the door locked, I discovered an enemy - adhi, I believed, had phased through the turret pillar and could not be killed. This was solved by the method as the above on a reload.
Basically, I recommend proceeding through this mission without using abilities that could cause ragdoll physics.
Played this mission yesterday without reading your spoiler and I temporarily experienced this issue. A fix that worked for me (no plot details given): Shockwave. It can warp through stuff and I used it to hit an enemy that fell out of bounds. Don't remember if it killed the enemy or just knocked it farther out, but either way it "cleared" the area.
I found another buggy thing with this mission, with the auto-saves (no plot details given): There's a point towards the end where when I loaded an auto-save to replay a scene I was loaded behind a door that wouldn't open -- no action icon, just a locked door I needed to get through but couldn't. So I had to load an earlier auto-save a little farther back. Just. If they'd let me save my own game...

I am waffling around doing a few quests on Eos, and later planets while also starting to look into the loyalty-missions. Had a few on the Nexus to look after as well. Have even been back to Kadara since a lot of things seems to be happening there as well. Guess the crew do a bit of arm twisting, cajoling in order to get my Ryder back there but Vetra is so nice about it you sort of forget how much you didn't plan to go back last time around. Cora about sums it up with "Would be nice if it wasn't for the toxic water, the exiles or the smell" , lol. About Vetra. That turian is made of awesome, there will definitely be a Ryder for her. Every time there is a mission that I find to be difficult in the way of morality I bring her. Vetra is tough, but she isn't so hard that it has made her uncaring or careless. If she would call me out on something I would feel really really bad about it.

Haven`t finished the game yet (still on mission 4) but i`m loving it so far! So many great characters! Hope you guys don`t mind if i stick in here for awhile, i`m afraid to venture into the rest of the forum and read some spoilers . So far i`ve been lucky about bugs, only had the long load bug and i can`t finished the Task: Running a fever I finished the task: Herbal Entrepreneurs and i scanned the plant, got the talk with Sam about being useful for the refugees but when i return to the turian refugee that gave me the task he still asks if i can help find some medicine . As for the romance i was torn between Liam and Jaal but i decided to go for Liam in this playthrough and so far i`m really enjoying it.

I have to admit over the weekend I've been consumed with defending the game against detractors to the point where I felt I've attacked the wrong people. It's sad that it does get a lot of hate, but I shouldn't wasting time over it. I'm going to take some time off of the sub-forum. Only posting here.

In my opinion only I think when it comes to graphics and animation the bar is getting set higher and higher. While Bioware's Frostbite engine was good for Dragon Age Inquisition, I dont feel it was right for Andromeda. Or maybe it just wasnt handled the right way. When you have games like Final Fantasy XV and Horizon Zero Dawn, both are absolutely visually stunning games. It is setting a higher standard for game graphics these days and maybe Bioware could consider going a different direction visually for future games of the franchise.

We have got room for everyone here. Pull up a comfy chair and relax a bit I am still on my first PT. Have ventured out a little bit on the forum, still avoiding twitter. Ha ha, people will probably be done with their second PT:s by the time I am done with my first, but it is all good. Will probably try to progress a bit in the main story soon, just wanted to do the loyalty-quests first. Was worried that perhaps I would lock myself out of one of them or something like that if I waited. Also, I am easily sidetracked Halfway through Liam's loyalty-quest which has been a riot, so much fun. After that it is the Nexus and Main Story.

This thread is cozy for the weary and wary. I'm not gonna nose around the forums yet. Don't want carefree spoilers or naysayers ruining my fun. Still in my first playthrough too and very much enjoying myself, even thinking about future playthroughs which I'm still fighting the urge to start on the side, and that's what matters.

Have no idea what The Tavetaan means but I am sure it's all good. Ohh...I just did a really really great quest! Spoiler for story. After finding the Angaara and seeing Kedara. Main story mission Going after the archon's ship!
Wow, that was amazing. Loved it! Spooky place and those poor salarians.
Pathfinder Raeka is one badass, hope to see more of her. And on that note, I am no longer besties with Drack....
Will probably head to Elaaden now. The krogan pretty much have a "What have you done for me lately"-sign on their door and refuse to talk to me. So Voeld will have to wait a little bit longer. Had planned to head by their vault soon but I think I better sort this out.
The Tempest is a small ship, and Drack isn't.

Anyone have a fun 'pure' biotic build? Not vanguard, I've already done that one. I'm looking for a space mage. I play on hardcore and I don't like switching between profile/favourites since it's annoying on PC, any ideas?
The other one would be a infiltrator build, I know they're primarily built around their sniper rifle but any recommended powers?

The other one would be a infiltrator build, I know they're primarily built around their sniper rifle but any recommended powers? Here are some ideas (haven't tried them yet): For the biotic, you could go with pull, throw, singularity, and containment (with the Adept profile). The build can kinda go both ways, you can either use the abilities to full effect (crowd control) or you can use them to detonate each other. Pull's 'Radius' upgrade is also supposed to be good for hardcore/insanity because you can disable several unshielded at once. The Infiltrator build I'm going to try soon: tactical cloak, energy drain, trip mine, in combination with sniper rifles (single-shot pistols with a scope mod are also an option). This is just a hit-and-run build that uses hovering. Because Tactical Cloak mutes sound, you can use the jump jet to hover and then headshot, putting down trip mines for those that get close. Energy drain helps to keep shields up while tactical cloak recharges.

Art of Infiltration, written by Serza, in the Spoiler tag: WEAPONS: Widow/Black Widow/Isharay - with extra mods to buff damage, and VINTAGE HEAT SINK Preferred Assault Rifle w/ Vintage Heat Sink COMBAT POWERS AND PASSIVES: Sniper Rifles - Passive Sniper Rifles - Accuracy - Headshots - WEIGHT (w/ Vintage Heat Sink, spare ammo is irrelevant) - RELOAD (Clip Size unimportant for single-shot rifles, may consider Clip Size for Black Widow) - DAMAGE AND FORCE (5sec bonuses unimportant for a single shot rifle - boost damage for maximum output) Secondary Combat priorities: Assault Rifles - Passive WEIGHT (Vintage Heat Sink) - CLIP SIZE (VHS tends to lower clip size, useful to bring it back up) - CRITICAL HITS (AR is secondary for Infiltrator, gets pulled when situation has gone to shit and things need to die fast, with good aim, the full 25 percent bonus kicks in faster and Accuracy/Stab helps keep rounds on target) TECH POWERS AND PASSIVES: Tactical Cloak - it's not an Infiltrator without one! DAMAGE BONUS (We work to maximize Sniper Rifle damage) - SPEED (for getting out of trouble cloaked - syncs with lvl6 choice) - ESCAPE ARTIST (when everything fails, cloak, drop aggro and have your shields/health regen while running away from the fight - Combat Cloak irrelevant for single-shot weapons) Energy Drain - for survivability. Infiltrators typically do not rely on being able to tank damage. Also anti-shield and detonator EFFECTIVENESS (to get more shields back) - EXTENDED DRAIN (restores additional shields regardless of enemy gagglefucking or not - more versatile) Incinerate - for burning armor and priming Fire combos, also sets foes afire, forcing them to stop shooting - TACTIC INEFFECTIVE VERSUS SHIELDED AND ARMORED FOES BURNING (for extra damage) - ANTI-ARMOR (Impact gives less damage but universal - Incinerate however works againist armor, so prioritize high DMG output for Fiends and Behemoths) - DOUBLE INCINERATE (boosts crowd control aspect, also Detonator is unnecessary, got ED for that - plus double the damage per use to double the foes) Offensive Tech - Passive ANTI-ARMOR (further boost to Incinerate's AA damage) - ANTI-SYNTHETIC (Energy Drain boost versus Shielding) - TECHNICAL ROUNDS (with Vintage Heat Sink, powers can be launched while the weapon is "reloading" - sending a tech power in reload period allows for follow up shots to have 30 percent bonus DMG) Secondary: Aux. Systems for Weapon Mass Reduction - backup weapon weighs potentially A LOT, this enhances cooldowns, it's comparable lvl4 evolution is Priming, but special ammo is secondary concern with single-shots anyway; Also SHIELD FEEDBACK, which allows Incinerate and Cloak to work as a less effective backup to Energy Drain.
May wish to utilize armor that further boosts damage (Maverick, etc.)
It's a variation of my own build that I literally owned everything with on Hardcore. Considering I improved some choices in this, it should be Insanity-ready but hasn't been tested above Hardcore. It is also what I was using when I nicknamed my Sara the White Death of Voeld. For obvious reasons, aye. As for weapon choice, Isharay has more damage, but should reload slower far as I know. Plus I just love Milky Way weapons, ok. Reason why I went back from one-shotting Observers from full health/shields to Widowing in style.

Aside from the combat passives, I tun tactical cloak, Assault turret, and Remant VI. I use the turret and VI as a decoy while I cloak and kill everything if they don't kill it first.
