Edit: Just did the movie night quest and it was wonderful!! Really look forward to doing it again when Sara isn't invisible in the last bit. Hope we will get more moments like that in the future dlc!

I love Mass Effect Andromeda. I have played over 100 hours, but haven't yet completed the story (farthest I've got is opening all the planets but I haven't yet built the last two colonies), and I have restarted a couple of times for reasons that aren't really logical. Each time I feel I immerse myself a little bit more, all the details they put into the game that flesh out characters and environments that aren't directly experienced by the player mean so much for a player like myself - roleplaying and imagination are massive for me. One change I'm really happy about is the way the game can still be played after the ending, so when they come out with an equivalent to the Citadel DLC, you will really be able to enjoy it as a retirement without certain looming priority missions ahead.

The glitches are annoying, but I honestly feel the strengths of the game outweigh them even now. The crafting system is really well done, enemy AI is fun for me, and they just get a lot of subtle balance things right. I even enjoy the sudoku but I'm just that sort of player - I am happy to engage and get something out of things that some might think don't belong in the game.

Sometimes I wonder why people spend hours on the game and go through several play throughs...only to come here and whine about it and tear it apart. It's a game, people. Don't like it, don't play it. Don't ruin it for everyone else!!

But if you know people are venting their frustration with the game why then come here to complain about them? 

Yeah I loved that sequence. I actually wish the fight was a wee bit longer so that maybe we could see more of the Hyperion's interior. 

I just realized that Ryder, Suvi, Kallo and Vetra's eyes do not have blinking as part of their idle animation. So weird. 

Seeing how hard it becomes for me to keep up with PC updates (I bought GTX 970 like a year and half ago and it's not the best card for new games already) I'm thinking of doing the same in the near future. I don't know, I started with freaking C64 and Amiga, I always liked to tinker, the more problems I had with games the better it was for me - I could tinker even more. But recently I've become old and lazy, I guess. Sure, modding Skyrim and Fallouts is fun but when it comes to new games I realized I just want them to work. What I really like about consoles though is the unified interface - the console dashboard. All games in one place, the trophies, the achievements, one profile and so on.

Sure, on PC there's Steam, but there's also Origin, UPlay, GOG and who knows what else. I have my PC hooked up to 47 inch TV but it's not the same. I always have to get a keyboard because some windows appear or I have to write a name for my character and I can't do that on PC with Controller. You know, the small things. In theory turning PC into console-like experience is perfectly possible but when you try do that you find these little things that constantly remind you that you're just making the life harder for yourself. So yeah, probably PS4 Pro for me soon.

Since yesterday morning, I've stopped getting BSN notifications for threads that I know have new posts. Is anyone else having that problem?

Real life has been hectic for a bit but now I have time to game again, this being a adult-thing isn't always good for hobbies. Currently playing Sims 4 while I wait for news on dlc for Ryder feels like we should hear about it soon and I want to start a new PT for it. Keeping fingers crossed that they will let us know soon.

Since I'm Japanese the pronunciation of "Tavetaan" always sounds like "uuuh I ate too much" in Japanese, in a sexy manner. lol

So that prolonged "-aan" at the end basically changes "Tavetaan" to "Tabesugita" in a sexy way?
