I'm thinking of re-titling the thread and keeping it open longer because of what SpiritVanguard said: A place folk can come for a little pleasant conversation with no spoilers and no drama. Possible alternative thread titles: - Little thread of Calm (no dramas or spoilers)
- BSN chill zone (no dramas or spoilers)
- other titles I'm not clever enough to come up with... ?

I like the BSN Chill Zone option If there are any more suggestions I'll make a little poll. We will also need to re-establish what it means to be a "spoiler". Now that the game is out, many things will just become common knowledge like the appearance and names of squadmates, general location names and so on. So the rules may need to be relaxed a bit to only say that spoilers deal with core plot stuff, not general stuff. Example: General Stuff: Ashley and Kaiden are squad members. Ashley is a soldier and Kaiden is a biotic. Spoiler Stuff: Ashley often suffers from "survivors gult" and either her or Kaiden can die on Virmire depending on a choice you make. -------- General stuff: Ashley and Kaiden are both romance options. Ashley is only for male Shepard and Kaiden is for male or female Shepard. Spoiler Stuff: Any specifics that deals with their romance scenes and conversations. |

It was nice with a bit of a stroll around the Andromeda General Discussion before the first release day. I do think I'm probably going to extend my vacation from most of the forums a little bit longer than initially planned. It seems the old trend is going to repeat itself and I don't care to sit through the storm so I'll come back when the weather has settled again. I should have time for a second playthrough then. Just three days more. Ohhh, I can't wait to continue! The storm is so bad, it's spilling over into DA forums. There were like three MEA posts in a row on /r/dragonage! FFS, people. |

I don't know which char I should continue with. I'm farther along with sisRyder so that will get me to new content faster. But I kinda want to do the stuff I missed the first time around by playing broRyder. Argh. Gaming shouldn't be this hard.  OT - sort of - question for those who put together/upgrade their own PCs: Once you upgrade a component, what do you do with the old one? Recycle, re-use, give to a friend? I'm curious because if/when I upgrade my CPU, that means new MB, CPU, CPU cooler, and RAM, at a minimum. What do I do with the stuff I replace, other than keep it hidden in a box for all eternity?  Keep in mind, the stuff all works perfectly fine (atm, fingers crossed) so I definitely wouldn't want to just scrap them. |

Hmm... I would go with either "BSN chill zone" or "Little thread of Calm".
I would like to have the title focused on what we want to achieve rather than what we want to avoid. "MEA Sanctuary" would be ok as well. But I think I prefer "chill" or "calm".
Having the title with something like "no drama here" only reminds one of drama. Or it is a little bit like "In this thread we would really like it if no one talked about elephants".... and then no one will ever forget about that elephant.

12 mins to get the game and drink my tea.
Then 10 mins waiting on the bus.
Then I get to play for 30mins and leave again.
Worth it.
Now to finish up with the Citadel Party and commit suicide for the Catalysts entertainment while I'm waiting.
