the general rule of the thumb is not believe that the video is gameplay, even if the dev say it is. More often than not the video is just made to look like gameplay and the dev presenting it just pretends he is doing the walking and action with a controller. At least that's what people from the industry told me. Point is, since nobody wants your product to crash during the presentation it's often just a movie.

Not sure if it's necessary to post it here, but on a an interview they confirmed The N7 guy in The trailer is Ryder's father And The male And character PC Are siblings, both in The game.

I hope we can talk to them (bro/sis and dad) during the game. And they aren't just cannon fodder for a tragedy.

He doesn't sound like Vega's voice at all. His voice reminds me much more of Nathan Drake from Uncharted.

It could have been the other human male. I don't know who was talking during the jumping scenes, but at one point it sounded like Vega to me.

I'm not really that interested to be honest in voice talent they are using this time. I'm more interested in the MEAT of what they are trying to accomplish in this game. The Who's Why's and Where's. What kind of story are they going to tell? Does any of ME3 have any baring on any of it? Is this going to be the same kind of game as DAI or are they going for something a little more risky?

I'm anticipating family 'complications'...

Those bodies look as bad as DAI... like the heads look a little big for the bodies. Almost like a bobblehead. It looks awful on the human especially. Like when you meet the Lord Seeker in Orlais. He's got the same proportions.

While the faces are more cartoony (much like DAI too). Old ME2/ME3 face scans were still better. Frosbite had face scans in BF4 as well, so that's best. I don't know why they'd want to follow DAI and not Battlefield.

The content doesn't excite me, but I'll assume there's more than all of this stuff. As much as I like fighting Geth, Rachni, and Collectors in the old games, that kind of wackier sci-fi wasn't my thing. It's bad enough that they're redoing yet another "ancient race/artifact" theme here, but this is doubly removed from any semblance of civilization. If they emphasize exploration and some archaeological thing, I'll pass. Mass Effect to me is Omega and Illium and Dirty Cops in Space. Not this shit.

Is one of the leads the guy from Halo 4? Or one of the Halos?

Maybe Asari have naturally well armoured belly buttons?
