I'm really not sure. The air is still as thick with smoke as ever, and ash is still falling. The fire seems to be moving south, that's all I'm certain of. We might be out of danger, but wildfires are unpredictable. |

We're a mile past "let's hope it doesn't get that bad." 2,000+ Homes and business and entire mountainsides are being consumed and several of the wildfires are still un-contained. The Atlas wildfire alone covered 26000 acres. I don't even know how much the the Tubbs fire, or any of the others around us covered. About five people I know have already lost their homes in of this hellish inferno. It's that bad. |

So I made a load of couscous on the stove. But the boxes were tiny as hell, and half full, so I used a small pan. But the contents expanded like hell, and now I have to clean the stove.  At least they were tasty. (I've noticed I eat a lot more rice and stuff like that now that I live alone..) |

I had originally thought that I would be able to finally graduate from college next december. Apparently I was wrong. Apparently I need 12 credit hours of free electives.  God dammit! I was so hoping to get the fuck out of college sooner. Then my advisor told me "You currently need 23 hours to earn 120. By taking the 15 hours we agreed on, that leaves you with eight hours of free electives." I would be overworked by 15 credit hours. I am disciplined person but I get tired of from my damn workload. The silver lining is that if I can get an internship in the spring then that could count for my electives and I would actually get something useful out of it that would benefit me. |

I had to go a whole extra year because I failed one class.
That said, is strictly the number of credits, or is it that you need classes of so many types? I know I had to take credit types, and there was one class that covered like 3 bases. It was amazing. God bless readings in Asian literature. |

My eyes are beyond bloodshot. I spent way too much time in front of the computer, the air is cold and dry which makes it worse and now doing heavy bench presses gave my eyes the rest. My eyes are freaking blood RED. |

Yes, cold and dry weather can be a factor. So can exertion. However, considering your age and normal level of physical activity, I suggest you talk to your doctor.
Out of curiosity, have you had radial keratotomy or Lasik?
My eyes are also bloodshot as hell. That's some stinky weed you got there old man.
