Maybe it is semi useful for people like me who barely melee. I have a hard time believing that this would be more useful for literally any kit than what equipment already exists in-game, even if you don't melee. <.< And that's not even counting the other equipment that hasn't been released yet. |

BTW, OT, but how bonuses apply in the game? If it's APEX mission and it says -25% shields and health, is it -25% of the total value that I have including gear and consumables (say I have Cyclonics II +20 and this gear +15 = 35%) or the -25 debuff is applied right away before the gear and the Cyclonics?
