Gold Solo Chronicles - Human Artificer Snap Freezes the Kett for 11 Waves

Kandros here with a "What If?" story for you. Yesterday, I told you the tale of the Human Juggernaut rushing to Firebase Aqua to save the Human Artificer? What if the roles were reversed, and it was the Artificer dropping onto Aqua to save the Juggernaut? How would she handle eleven waves of Kett, including all those Ascendants and Fiends in the later waves, without the Juggernaut’s Remnant Armor and Invulnerability frames? I’ve got two words for you:

Snap Freeze.

Not the Juggernaut’s Snap Freeze, but Cryo Beam’s Snap Freeze. Witness her using it to absolutely wreck the Kett throughout the match. Watch the video below and enjoy a symphony of cryo and snap freeze explosions.

This was almost as fun as the Human Juggernaut run that I did. Bunching up the enemies and creating multiple Snap Freeze explosions is awesome and never gets old. Just watch the following:

Wave 5, which I clear in just over a minute with some huge Snap Freeze combo explosions.

End of Wave 8 when I dispatch two Chosen, two Ascendants, and two Destined by killing just one frozen Anointed.

Start of Wave 9 when I kill 10 enemies at once.

Middle of Wave 9. Fiend killed from Snap Freeze combo explosion.

I used the Remnant VI to draw aggro away from me and to stun enemies. Invasion to stun and further weaken the enemies. I think having -50% weapon damage modifier helped because I could freeze enemies without killing them. Went with the Pistol Targeting System mod for better accuracy and the big clip of the Rozerad meant I rarely ran out of ammo (like I would have had with the Shadow).

Since I didn’t have invulnerability frames like with the Juggernaut and because Defense Drone’s shield restore is so measly, I had to be much more careful during this match. The objectives were especially stressful since I was out in the open a number of times disabling devices or picking up the package. Had to burn several First Aid Kits while an Anointed was riddling me with his Soned.
