And instead of the MET crew, you'll play as a Deathwatch killteam squad leader with a 5 man team. Garrus takes over Shepard's role of Spectre and the other crew members will join him instead.

Most of the time spent would be upgrading your team and weapons. Hell, you could even upgrade yourself and your team to wear Terminator Armour or even upgrade to become Primaris Marines!

Your Standard WH40K weapons would melt Your standard Mass Effect Armor quickly. Overpowered and More Dakka are common tropes for WH40K weapons. Combining the Geneseed and training from hell, a Space Marine can handle Yahg and Krogan with extreme ease without any equipment. In Short, a Naked Space Marine would defeat an fully armored Krogan in a fair fight.

Lets face it, without their armor, they can flip tanks with ease and comfortably carry heavy weapons that even the strongest of krogans would have a problem lifting. Lets face it, Krogans are very strong as a species.

While krogan do engage in close combat, like the other races in ME, they depend on ranged weapons. And trying to headbutt someone that can move 5 times faster than you can react is very dumb, but a krogan will try it anyway.

I know I don't want to get the ass end of one of their punches. the sheer force of their punches given their body weight would wreck havoc on whatever they are punching at. In Boxing there is a damn good reason why they have weight divisions. The Average Space Marines has the Height, Reach and Weight to be a threat to against anyone that is not from Warhammer 40,000. Space Marine's training is very diffcult and well rounded.

Well Yeah we both know how overpowered they are. My point within this coversation to relay to the members that don't care or know about Warhammer 40k. How possible to use elements within Warhammer 40K without losing the essence of Mass Effect.

For such a mod to exist, that'll not be a choice, as you'll lose the opportunity to work with the ME squad members, and you'll won't be able to do the other things that Shepard does in the MET. In short, a mod like that is for those who want to experience the MET as a 3rd person combat game without the RPG elements.

Honestly, I feel like the only way to really bring something that feels remotely like Warhammer 40K and introduce it into Mass Effect without losing its spirit would be to have a non-human species have a “diet” brand of that civilization. Perfect candidate would be the krogan at full strength, with some sort of Imperium-like system where they worship a kind of god-king like character, like Wreav or something. Mass Effect always kind of gave an optimistic outlook on humanity’s advancement, and W40K is anything but optimistic lol.

I would have someone like Henry Lawson would embrace an God Emperor status after making a deal with the Reapers. Having him as the God-Emperor of the Galaxy Post Reaper War would be possible interesting idea.
