It amazes me that anyone wants Bull to be more like the Arishok and Sten. It is good to give the Qunari some depth rather than making them robots (although they do try to become that).
That seems to be the most popular choice. I wonder if anyone ever plays a character who embraces being the Herald.

I wonder that too. By that I mean had their character genuinely believe they were the Herald and everything that went with it. Some people must because there are videos on You Tube of Solas criticising them for it. I think for that to happen it is not enough to tell Giselle you believe but you have to accept the role of Inquisitor out of faith.
The nearest I got was have a character who claimed he believed because he thought that seemed to make Giselle and Cassandra happy (he was romancing her) but the reality was that he didn't believe there was a Maker, so felt free to play fast and loose with being his prophet. So I got to forgive people in Andraste's name (an option you only get if you tell Giselle you believe), was praised by Vivienne for installing an Andrastrian throne in the Great Hall and had an additional dialogue option at the end of telling Corypheus that I was the Maker's Chosen in response to his claim to be a god, which I found rather enjoyable. However, I think people should have realised something was not quite right when I was so pro-mage, plus the fact that I was a mage myself, an elf and generally subversive in my decisions. Solas still thought I was great so I don't think I really qualified as a true believer.
As for Bull, naturally he wouldn't be like Sten or the Arishok since he was meant to be an undercover spy and the whole mercenary thing was meant to be his legend. Then he had spent so long in his role that he had actually come to enjoy it and appreciate the world outside the Qun. It is only if you kill the Chargers that he reverts to being a loyal member of the Qun but even then he maintains his mercenary persona because that is what the Qun demands of him.

I have one Inquisitor who went full throttle with the trust by Andraste thing. But he was a mage and clung to his faith in times of stuggle. Everyone else is either atheistic or agnostic.

My Inquisitor is an Andrastian. He just doesn't believe he was chosen. After all, he spent his life prior to the rebellion surrounded by people who were convinced that their every action was done with the Maker's approval. He's seen where that thinking leads.

My suspension of disbelief can accept darkspawn and giants, but not Iron Bull x Lavellan. There is no way it's gonna fit in. Just no. And if it miraculously can somehow, the Inquisitor probably sees a strange stomach bulge moving back and forth.

Also, since when does the size of the accessories always match the body?

Bull with Lavellan or Cadash is tame compared to some of the things I've seen people do with enough lube and prep work.

The sex scene had to be one of the most hysterical ones ever with the others walking in, so funny. If you don't romance him just check it out on YouTube.

The dev's said we wouldn't break, so I take their word on it. My male elf rides the bull with ease and grace.

Also, sex does not always involve penetration. Yes, I know that you know, I just feel the need to remind about it from time to time...

Is there any way to have a relationship with Bull and not be into bondage? That was what put me off even trying him because I heard that you can only have a relationship if you agree to those terms, so if that doesn't float your boat then it seemed he was off limits. Sorta. In the convo where he explains the "safe word" thing, he says that since the Inquisitor is in charge of lots of things all the time, they need someone else to take charge in their intimacy, and that's why he wants to dom you basically. You can reply "no, that's not what I need at all" and iirc he's just like "oh, ok then, my bad" but the romance still continues, so presumably it becomes non-BDSM after that.

That doesn't make much of a difference unless you mean it never involves penetration. S/He will be riding the bull... sooner or later. And when that time comes, well:

Has anyone ever wondered what the Fearlings showed Bull? Considering what the Inquisitor can ask Bull if he leaves the Qun, I think he saw the various Tal-Vashoth he's killed, asking him what they did wrong.

It's been forever ago since you started this, but I'm just now getting back to this thread... I am unsure what he sees in the fade. I wish they went into more details about this and other things. I am trying to remember what it said on Iron Bull's tombstone about his greatest fear, but I can't even remember that. I guess I need to do another DA:I run soon.

His greatest fear is supposed to be "madness". So... I guess he could have seen Tal-Vashoth (as savage monsters good only for killing).

That seems as likely as anything I suppose. Of course the Inquisitor sees spiders, cause BioWare loves to torture people with arachnophobia.

One of my favourite parts of the Bull romance is how much he grows to care about you. It feels like you've become a part of his family!
