Hey now, they started with the name calling. I just pointed out the hypocrisy of them calling me naive. I don't care what you believe, but don't tell me all about your imaginary friend then have the gall to call me naive. It was a joke. Do you really think he was calling you a blasphemer? As an atheist living in the Bible Belt? Yes. Yes I do.

Another shining example of how people will demand tolerance for their own beliefs but will do their best to demean and belittle other people for beliefs that are different from their own. Hey now, they started with the name calling. I just pointed out the hypocrisy of them calling me naive. I don't care what you believe, but don't tell me all about your imaginary friend then have the gall to call me naive. Tone it down. No one is forcing religion upon you, nor name-calling here. No one was actually even discussing religion, aside from your embarrassing tantrum.

This patch has wrought substantial, positive changes.
The facial updates and lighting adjustments are evident immediately, but many things have been adjusted. Insanity gameplay has been improved. Enemies now seem to die faster, but inflict far more damage. This is great. No one wants to battle bullet sponges. The deadlier foes punish bad choices more effectively. Weapons have been rebalanced, of course. I was getting super drowsy while playing, so I've put it down while still aboard the Nexus. I'm sure I'll really appreciate the changes more as I advance.
The lighting is dramatically better, even in this early stage. That will have huge, positive effects throughout the game.

I still need my renegade options! :srs: Still, it improved a lot. Makes you wonder how the hell they thought it was ok to release the game in that state. Considering all of these issues are in response to what fans criticize you'd think they didn't actually think anything was wrong until people notified them. Yeah, I don't get it, having all these games coming out, with graphics getting better and better, having Inquisition already released in 2014 (and I think that game still has better faces than this one), they think: "yeah, let's release this three years after Inquisition with faces from The Sims, bad lip sync, crazy mouth movements, running movements, and nobody will give much importance." I mean, they should know by now their players and the media. They were going to be under heavy scrutiny, one way or another, after that ending shitstorm. It was almost five years of development, or at least, five years that they had to build this, and while it's far from a bad game, it's a good restart for this franchise for sure, I can't help but wonder how they got their priorities wrong in these aspects.

Ultimately, these patches are good to have, but the game should have never been released the state it was in. I'm not thankful at all, they're not providing me with extra content for me to be thankful for. There is no dlc or extra side content for me to be happy about. They are fixing a game they released broken, thus, doing their jobs. It's the bare minimum. Sorry for being a downer, but it confuses me how people are thanking Bioware like they've done some huge favor for everybody. First of all, if the developers ran the show the game wouldnt be out yet, prolly never until it was perfect. They, like everyone else with a job have bosses who put deadlines on them due to sales/money. Yes they had 5 years but remember Mass Effect isn't a simpleton video game, not a Telltale point and click adventure. There's alot of stuff going on. This is a new storyline/game (not related to trilogy) on a whole new system. The original Mass Effect didnt have to worry about being on PS3 until after the 3rd one was already out. Most people are judging Andromeda based on earlier beta/QA tests not based on improvements after the day one 1.04 patch, which I actually was able to download March 20th, a day before the official release date. Then once people read these reviews they just stuck and dont give the game another chance and spread this old news online, then more people read it. If you base the game on the 1.04 patch it's really not that bugged compared to the reviews, the animation was bad in the other games as well. The devs have emphasized the game was never meant to have the best graphics and really cant because of all the extra stuff there, game disc size simply wont allow it. Would you rather have good animation and a short campaign with very few side missions, modding abilities, powers, locations, etc that seem to be in every open world game? I wouldnt. Also scifi games are harder to make because more creativity is needed. Not just like most games/movies, oh this person is nice, yet weird and has blonde hair. They have to think of a new species, planets, technology, languages, etc. Anyway point being if people didnt bitch about it coming out before it was finished, people would bitch about it still not being out yet. I agree its not as good as the trilogy, but this isnt the trilogy anymore, this is a whole new series and it takes time to truly understand and get the feel for anything new before you can really say its horrible or great. Sorry but your post smells "excuses mumbling". Let's brake your post to see what is really true and what it could be just a rose colored glasses sort of view used to condone the humongous amount of Bioware shortcomings re MEA. If the developers were running the show the game wouldn't have been out yet - There is no way to know if that's true. Maybe yes, maybe not. Maybe this as far as the Montreal's Bioware team could have gone in terms of polishing this game due to lack of experience, bad direction and/or constant changes in their team. Proof of that is the game was transferred to a third party developers to work on the many messes of this game long before launching. Remember Mass Effect isn't a simpleton video game - That's why these type of games are developed by big companies and not by "Little House on the Prairie Studios" or "We are Good but Pretty Small Indie Studios". Most people are judging Andromeda based on earlier beta/QA tests. - MEA is still a mess on so many fronts way after the 1.04 patch. Most of the worst aspects of the game are still present after the 1.05 patch (and that is not even mentioning the whole new bugs and glitches thee new patches will introduce). I'ts not only the bad animations, it's the plethora of bugs and glitches, the uninteresting characters, the obnoxious bombarding of unimaginative and repetitive fetch questing and badly designed side quests that are constantly mentioned by even the most faithful Bioware fans, as it's the amateurish writing all over the place, it underwhelming and uninspiring soundtrack or the badly designed UI, just to mention a few. Any subsequent patch will, hopefully, fix few of these shortcomings but imagining that it will transform the game from being mediocre to good is preposterous. Also, scifi games are harder to make because more creativity is needed. - Simply put, just not true. This isn't the trilogy anymore. - I knew with would agree 100% on something......although, I suspect that in this specific aspect of the game, is for very different reasons.

I did notice more inventory space, but I'm not sure by how much it was increased. I have (I think from the combat tree) increased inventory space from a skill, and it was 65 before the patch. I saw it had increased to I think 165, so, I guess it's increased by 100. But I didn't know they increased inventory space until just now. I saw that I thought maybe It had increased due to level up or something, but if that's been patched in, that's fantastic. I had that problem with SAM telling me I had unread emails (even though I had no emails) since before the patch. Party banter appears to be working! I haven't changed my party since before the patch, though, but it's been Drack and Jaal. They were bantering a little more than other party member combos even before the patch, but now, it's probably every 2 minutes or so. My favorite Drack-Jaal moment so far has been when Jaal asks Drack why he wears dead things on his armor, asks him if it's out of reverence, and Drack basically says: no, it's to scare people: "Don't piss me off, or I'll wear your spine for a hat." I also noticed, with the arm armor I'm wearing right now, which is the Angaran Rebel armor, level III, I think, that I got a new shoulder pad on the right arm. I'm pretty sure that wasn't there before. I'm wearing the Angaran armor arms and legs for the tech bonuses, but I'm not jazzed about the look of the shoulders in every shot, so I'm happy with this shoulder pad, where ever it came from. I'm wondering if my chest armor (which is Pathfinder armor level III) has anything to do with that? Anyway, it wasn't there before the patch. I'm still on Voeld, haven't returned to the tempest yet. But I've noticed my Ryder's eyes aren't so hollow-looking any more. I guess the patch changed all human eyes to have a little more depth, which is great.

So, was the inventory increased? How much? Default is now 100, up from 50, with the Cryo perk it was 80, now 200.

Is there any update on the invasive dialogue wheel labels on PC? is there an option to remove them? There is a workaround for now. Go to the keybindings and disable the dialog wheel hotkeys. It should remove the labels.

Is there any update on the invasive dialogue wheel labels on PC? is there an option to remove them? Yes, please make this optional! I like the new patch, but I don't like the changes to the dialogue wheel on PC. It makes the actual text very hard to read. As I usually use the mouse to click on my answers, I don't need the keys I can push displayed at all. This annoys me and I would like to turn this off in the game options.

Is there a way to turn off the numbers in brackets by the dialog choices? Yes. Under keybindings.
