I haven't seen it here so I'll post some info. Sinclair Networks, a third party company (you can look then up on Facebook), has been working on the patch since before the game's release. Per their representatives, the patch size was 5+ GB when they sent it to BioWare but BioWare decided to break it up into three separate pieces. Again, I'd encourage you to check it out. Another bit of info I found on their Facebook page was, back on March 4th, they recommended the game be delayed until June to finish all the necessary issues but was denied. The assumption on this case being that EA had accounted for MEA's release in its fiscal 4th quarter and pressed ahead. So, if it seems like these patches will be coming hot and fast it's probably because they were already in the pipe and the other ones coming in the next couple months will be related to customer feedback post-release Why am I not surprised coming from EAware? What it was obvious from this patch is that it wasn't the result of customer's feedback because animations alone, can't be repaired in two weeks, it's not only super expensive but it also take an awful amount of time and work. They new long before launching that the game was a buggy, glitchy unfinished mess. They knew the animations were sub-par to today's AAA game's standards and they couldn't care less. Their priority was making their share holders happy for the fiscal year and hoped the trend of zombie customers still pre-ordering their games blindly and/or purchasing at launch would save their sale expectations. We hear our fans feedback = bullsh*t Now Bioware needs a third party of competent people to do what they were incapable to do in five years of development. .....and they are the laughing stock and the butt of the jokes of the gaming community because of their incompetence and lack of respect for their customers.

My character still looks and moves like a Thunderbird puppet, and whats with the bendy necks? They seem incapable of traversing their torso to compensate for the exorcist condition.

Yup same issue. All I get it a black window even after repairing. Could this be the Corsair Utility bug back from the dead? Don't have a single corsair thing in my PC. But if they've now managed to make either logitech or wacom drivers bugged too then sure. The effect seems to be the same anyway *shrug*

These 3rd party companies are engaged by a lot of game devs at the end of the development cycle to "tighten up" the final product so pretty common. The problem was the publisher, EA, had made the announcement to their investors the game was coming out during their fiscal 4th quarter (Jan-Mar 2017) and everything else had to pretty much fall in line with that projection. This is how everyone found out about the release time frame, from an EA investor announcement so who knows if BioWare was even on board with that date. Regardless, the fact that EA went ahead and included it in the fiscal projections pretty much negated any possibility of a delay if it was needed. Also, they are coming out with the fan-driven changes over the next couple of months so, yeah, they are listening

Any way to disable the new keybinding indicators in dialogue wheels? I'd like to know this as well; I looked through various options and couldn't see anything that would allow it to be turned off, but I only had time for a quick look. At first I couldn't make them go away by clearing those keybindings in options, but it turns out there was some problem with the config file on my end. Resetting to defaults fixed that.

Hmm, maybe it's because I had low expectations, but Bioware really changed a lot of stuff. They also added the ability to pick dialogue options using the keyboard. I wouldn't have noticed or cared about this had I not been playing witcher again recently, and it's a nice little feature especially since sometimes the cursor can confuse people when it goes over the options but doesn't highlight it properly.

Ultimately, these patches are good to have, but the game should have never been released the state it was in. I'm not thankful at all, they're not providing me with extra content for me to be thankful for. There is no dlc or extra side content for me to be happy about. They are fixing a game they released broken, thus, doing their jobs. It's the bare minimum. Sorry for being a downer, but it confuses me how people are thanking Bioware like they've done some huge favor for everybody. First of all, if the developers ran the show the game wouldnt be out yet, prolly never until it was perfect. They, like everyone else with a job have bosses who put deadlines on them due to sales/money. Yes they had 5 years but remember Mass Effect isn't a simpleton video game, not a Telltale point and click adventure. There's alot of stuff going on. This is a new storyline/game (not related to trilogy) on a whole new system. The original Mass Effect didnt have to worry about being on PS3 until after the 3rd one was already out. Most people are judging Andromeda based on earlier beta/QA tests not based on improvements after the day one 1.04 patch, which I actually was able to download March 20th, a day before the official release date. Then once people read these reviews they just stuck and dont give the game another chance and spread this old news online, then more people read it. If you base the game on the 1.04 patch it's really not that bugged compared to the reviews, the animation was bad in the other games as well. The devs have emphasized the game was never meant to have the best graphics and really cant because of all the extra stuff there, game disc size simply wont allow it. Would you rather have good animation and a short campaign with very few side missions, modding abilities, powers, locations, etc that seem to be in every open world game? I wouldnt. Also scifi games are harder to make because more creativity is needed. Not just like most games/movies, oh this person is nice, yet weird and has blonde hair. They have to think of a new species, planets, technology, languages, etc. Anyway point being if people didnt bitch about it coming out before it was finished, people would bitch about it still not being out yet. I agree its not as good as the trilogy, but this isnt the trilogy anymore, this is a whole new series and it takes time to truly understand and get the feel for anything new before you can really say its horrible or great.
