in the beginning, i used to kick low leveled player who would join a silver/gold match. Obviously, it's not proper etiquette to use level 1 characters in gold.
EDIT: does anyone here get kicked w/o seeing the red X mark right by your profile? because i've been kicked in a game before but I didn't see the red X mark kick vote. Does anyone else get kicked out of a game despite you not getting any red X mark kick votes? Or maybe it's just a glitch/bug? Also, sometimes when i leave a game, it said i got "kicked from the game" even though i left in my own recognizance
Nowadays i don't kick anymore if i use my main(with the exception of leechers intentional idling players during the match) If you are apex 1 with an avenger 1 level 1 joining a gold game, i will not kick you. The reason why is because i can easily solo random/random/gold games(that isn't the upload objective) with my main(female infiltrator).... by having any teammate(which takes 3/4 of the aggro away from me regardless of their skill that's more than easy enough to extract.
but for the most part, i give others the benefit of the doubt, if they are genuinely trying(reviving, taking aggro away from me, etc... then of course he should get a chance(regardless of his weaker loadout/lower apex rating/etc.
obviously, if my teammates were competent, it would shave off a few minutes from extraction
regardless though, it's still a dick move using a level 1 character in a gold match(especially if the overall teammates skillset is average)
I am however less lenient to kicking if i'm not using my main kit

Not nearly as often as some of the people out there. However I admit that I do have a few already on my blacklist and I will attempt to get rid of them at all cost should I run into them again. Basically obvious leechers so if you play the objectives even with a half decent setup you have nothing to worry about.

People who idle for what seems like forever and guys who are like APEX 50 with nothing unlocked I'll vote to kick, only on Gold however. I don't play infiltrator and despite my Vanguard game being on point and cable of soloing I'd prefer having not neccissarily capable team mates but not dead weight teammates either.
Edit: and yes especially leechers, those guys are lucky I don't play consistently with 2 other friends or use a headset so that they can be kicked on the extraction wave if there going to AFK 99% of the match then they don't deserve sh** but there time being wasted if there going to waste mine.
I don't mind if I'm playing with randoms and someone AFK's for the better part of a wave, I've done it plenty.
Gotta use the restroom? I know I'm gone for however long that takes.
Thirsty as f***? They won't miss me for a minute or so.

Intentionally, almost never. But I keep accidentally placing kick votes when trying to bring up the team load outs (same button on Xbox) and n one occasion someone immediately left when I did that. Oops.

i remember in the very early days(midnight release) i got kicked from a bronze game with my level 1 character and my m8 avenger. like wtf? is there an aluninum lobby i can play it below bronze?
yeah, it's funny how these level 1-5 characters with low apex rating would propagate in gold lobbies. It's ALWAYS THE APEX MISSIONS too that those clueless people propagate

I kicked a person for the first time mid game on icebreaker/outlaw/gold tonight for dying 2-3 times every wave, getting teammates killed because they went for him, and halfway across the map during hack circle. Booted him by wave 4 and boy did he deserve the boot in the arse.

You must be friends with the other two players for him to get kicked or they were so frustrated at the guy that when you initiated the kick, they also followed suit. there are times where i would join a lobby(not during the game) and there was no "red cross mark" which is a kick vote on my tag, and yet a second leader it said "you have been kicked from the lobby"(even though there wasn't any red Xs on my profile. |

Only time I vote to kick is when sitting the lobby waiting for ages for one person to ready up. Figure they aren't really there anyway, but thats it. Otherwise if they are just leachers or turrible or whatever, i just finish the round then back out of that group and find another.

I kick every day in MP. I have a list.
1. Your vanquisher or equalizer is higher than mine = gone
2. Your character looks better than mine = gone
3. You are a male and you are using cliche pink or purple armor = gone
4. You have "yolo" "swag" "assassin" or "sniper" in your name = gone
5. You camp on objective waves or refuse to gel = gone
6. You don't headbutt me or die as a krogan = gone
I have 10 rules. Might finish list later unless someone has to other good ones.

Not often. If other people initiate the kick votes, I sometimes go ahead and cast the deciding vote, but I'm rarely the first one to try to kick someone. If my team bleeds out during a match, I'll place a kick vote on each of them through the in-game scoreboard, and kick votes later in the lobby, to let them know that I'm not happy with their performance.

Haven't done that in mission yet, haven't seen the message for it appear yet either. On the assembling screen, I generally just leave the lobby when I get asked to kick. Or, if the others barely readied themselves 10 seconds before, vote yes and leave the lobby right before the launch timer's up.

I legit saw a turian soldier with halberd and carnifex lol. If an infiltrator does not have a sniper, I kick. I only kicked once in game, since the guy was dying all the time and not getting any kills.

And if you play infiltrator but don't use the vanquisher you clearly don't know how to play on zero outlaw gold. |
