Ahoy, if you are interested in seeking the Alterra locations that don't show up with the beacons then don't fret, I have a pointer for you after I sought some help myself. The one we cannot seem to find again is the Omega Labs:

DD2 NG+ So I'm thinking about those Pawn badges I see on other players; why only one or two? I'm guessing the Pawns only display completed badges, that's why there're one or two. To complete a badge, a certain number has to be killed. Most of it is 20 except for special bosses like Medusa and Sphinx which is 5 kills each. I won't be getting the Sphinx badge because I don't see the point in killing her, even for loot (which are pretty poor anyway). She's not outright hostile nor a villain. I just completed the griffin badge; 20/20. Crusader Kings III Every time the devs throw in an update, previous and present PT is deemed outmoded and stamped with a warning sign. Very irritating because every time I see the sign, it makes me think the files are corrupted or something and I'll inevitably start a new PT. Yup, that's right, I deleted the old saves and started a new PT. Same scenario although this time, I decided to strengthen the relationship with the wife to friendship instead of outright romancing her and so on. This is a small way to control how many kids the play character is going to throw. The previous PC had nine kids with his queen that threw me in a spin because of how many sons there are. Always a headache. This one at present has four and the couple are approaching 40s which means, his queen will soon stop bearing. Manor Lords The game is now EA and on sale, only for two weeks though. I bought it and will dabble with it after a couple of weeks later because of the bug reports I read.

NHL 22
Lots of Hockey to report. Pastrnak has absolutley gone out of his mind on fire over the last now five games that I have played putting up a point streak of 13 goals and 18 points overall.
First game against the Capitals he had a three point game to lead. Like 10-4. Key gaols again on the game Pastrnak made an amazing play as this time of all time he was the one to knock the guy over he was facing against which opened it right up to the front of the net for him to flip a backhander home. Kevin Shattenkirk had a fun game too as he too got a backhander but it was his 100th career goal and the fun part was the commentators were talking about it for his second of the season. Overall pretty good game.
11-1 against the Ducks were the next victims. Pasta had 2 goals basically on the opening shift and 4 on the game. Sometimes I do wonder how much these games try and imitate real life trends and what not for both this and Madden. Pasta's only four goal game IRL was also against the Ducks and now he has like 2 in the time he has played in my little franchise. All of them were just backhanders, Swayman had a pretty easy night in net actually. Also had 4 fights in the game too which is quite a first.
Next game again against the Blues and this one was unfortunatley quite wild. One of 'those' games where just gave me a lot of penelties which can really slow down the pace of the game, I think. Six of them. And I had like 2 powerplays. They were able to convert on two of them so kind of an OK night but it still gave me problems so Ulmark had a pretty good night but 4 goals on 26 shots isn't going to help the save percentage. Or the confidence. What will is that Pastrnak got yet another four goal game. Two in a row. Think first time that has happened. And just on fire. Not all of them were backhanders either as he was able to steal the puck from a Blues defender then knife through like three of them, got in position, to rifle one home top shelf from the top of the circles.
Home and home against the Coyotes. First game in their house. Won 10-0 for at least Swayman's 2nd shutout of the season on 17 shots. He's back to playing great. Pastrnak also had a three point game, 2 goals and an assist. His second goal was the goal of the game, play in the neutral zone near my zone, think Lindholm made a play on the puck and Pasta just skated right in the clar for him to find him in wide open ice, one on one with the goalie, and he just tucked it on the backhand.
Second game perhaps the most impressive of the night. This time I decided to start Ulmark in net. Usually I do give a goalie the nod twice in a row if they get a shutout, but one of the maybe exceptions if I play the same team, especially twice in a row. So started Ulmark and...ugh think it was just one goal for them 9 for me, 9-1, 9-2. Only thing though Pasta just went off, 6 point night for him. 2 goals, 4 assists. Including beautiful ones I believe to Bergeron and McCavoy in stride to bury backhands. Then another couple for Marchand and Krecji who buried rebounds when he was getting hit. Brings him up to 42 points on the season, 27 goals, 15 A, right around +40...and only 21 games into the season.

So yo udo occasionall yget a fwe surprisesboth in sportand in these games. Generall ymy club Spurs finish aroun 4th or 5th in the Prem and that's kind of reflected in the gam eas well. But I hav ehad a couple o fseasons in Fifa where Spurs hav ewon the PL even when I'v enot managed them soyea hsurprises can happen. Havin gsaid tha tthough the Premisa little less predictable than som eother leagues because teams at the bottom end o fth eleague don' trol love ras muc hand genuinel ytry t oput upa figh teithe rfor pride sake or to protect their spot in the league as jus tthis week Everton beat Liverpool for the first time in a while and while Liverpool are fighting for the title Everton are fighting to stay in the division and need the points given their financial breaches as the points deduction has put them in danger of getting relegated. Yeah I had a couple of penalties in one of my FC24 matches yesterday missed or rather the goalkeeper saved the first one but I did score the second. Got one in one of my women's matches too when playing women's football last night on it which Georgia Stanway scored as I let her take it as she hadn't got a goal up to that point in the season I was playing. Reall yenjoying my sports games atm.

Stellar Blade is stellar. The combat is very.....patience is suggested. Dodge and parry is very important otherwise it will be a long day. Lots of collectibles. The outfits I've collected so far are very creative. Not sure how far in the game I'm at since I've been paying attention to sidequests. One thing I like about sidequests is a few of them will let the player decide to go back to the client after completing the quest or remain in the area to do whatever. Exploring every nook and cranny will help get materials to upgrade weapons. A lot of variety for the looks of the enemy.

GW23rd episode of LS3 completed...and I still want to punch Braham very, very hard in the face, like every previous time I played it. He's so unlikable in this episode. SWTORSo started with a Sith Inquisitor idea, played around with the combat style and somehow...ended up on Coruscant with a Trooper.

Here we go, we dive deeper into the crystal caverns to both harvest items as well to finally locate the Architect Organs schematic and then head back up to our home but, we kinda run into a few attacks by Leviathans even after investigating a volcano underwater with an Architect device:

I'll admit excercised some demons on the Maple Leafs and ended up winning 14-0 for Ulmark's first shutout of the season. Zacha, Pasta had 2 goals each, and I think Seguin. Debrusk had a hat trick on the season to finally get going a little bit. Kept him on the third line and it seems to be working out in its own way, though Van Riemsdyk down on line 4 has like 19 goals. Kind of hard to justify moving them right now though given the hat trick.
Next up the Wild faced my wrath...the Marc Andre Fluery less Minnesota Wild. Though it was fun that Malcolm Suban is their backup now and he was a Bruins goalie a bit back, one of Rask's backups. So he is now the backup for the Wild. 10-2 I believe. Pastrnak and Seguin led the way each pretty sure had hatricks which is quite fun since Seguin is getting second pickings a lot. Van Riemsdyk had another. Pasta also picked up an assist and his goals were two back hands and then a breakway forward snipe. Goal of the game though had to be Seguin's second. Scored with like 2 seconds left in the first period right after his first one. Had Debrusk fire it into the Wild zone, my intention was to just melt away the rest of the period, but Seguin collected it in the corner and then sniped it home.

SABLEWith BG3 wrapped up, I was looking for a lighter game to play and maybe lighten my backlog at the same time. I picked up Sable a while back on an EGS sale after seeing the high reviews it was getting. The art style reminds me of Moebius and it has some fun traversal with the hoverbike, the "gliding" bubble, and being able to climb most things (until your stamina runs out). There's also a desert-fishing mini-game... I haven't gotten too deep into it yet, but so far it's pretty good. Some interesting locations out there...

SWTORMy Trooper made it out of Coruscant underbelly and Taris rakghouls infested swamp alive. He also got a new squad member: Elara Dorne. Every team should have a SAR expert medic who can quote by heart every single military - and probably civilian - regulations of both the Republic and the Sith Empire. I haven't decided if I'm going to romance Elara (I've done it once, a long time go). But I already skipped 4 flirt options in the convo available once she join the crew and I'm not sure when I'm going to hit a " point of no return" to start her romance. I also can't decide which combat style to use. I made a Vanguard/Commando, only thing I can't do is Stealth. I wanted a Vanguard Tactic spec, but they suck for leveling with all their rotation mechanics being unlock at higher levels. So I've been mostly Commando Assault Specialist so far. First time playing Commando too, I always found the big gun stupid, still do (the one I'm using probably weight 150 lbs), but AS is kinda fun to use. edit: I will add that I'm playing my Trooper with somewhat of a "hero" complex instead of a " yes m'man" who follow every orders. He already clashed a few times with his boss.

DD2 NG+ I'm not expecting anyone to hire my main pawn any more because of the high RC. I've two other hired pawns that I doubt I'll be switching out because there's no challenging mobs or bosses in the game once the MC hit past level 50. There's an auto hire of main pawns by Capcom to ensure players are pulling in the RCs. At the moment, I'm opening up caves I did not find by referring to the world map online so see what's in them. Farthest Frontier I decided to take a look at this city builder. They're still in EA though the devs will be moving to optimising the game next. They have been doing patches so I hope game play is better now. I have not touched this for over a year since it went EA. Game looks good but I decided to opt for no hostilities; bandits, raids, bears and wolves for the present PT as I want to get used to the tools for building and the best layout; what should come first, what building goes where, etc. Once I get the hang of it, I'll enable the hostilities for the next PT.

Ghost Recon Wildlands. And that's game. Finished up with the Walker misison and Bowman made reference to Walker being a Wolf. Wonder if that is where he got the idea from? Actually had a devil of a time trying to get in there as the final mission was at the same Unidad base as the one with the underground facility. Did an aggressive Helo run over the place but that got us caught and in a rather serious firefight at least first until we broke contact. Jaguar was quite a little zone with multiple areas for Mortars and SAMs in the AO which we cleared out with our own mortars more or less. Tried and I think we were doing a pretty good job with sniper firing clearing it out. Or at least we thought we did as soon as we entered the compound more blue just dotted the map. Now I don't always like making aspersions at these games but that did look like pretty interesting timing. So I went down again wifey was able to get back to the compound and stay low until I was able to revive. Afterwards though we were able to regroup and the wife had a plan to drive an attack helicopter for air support while I went in on the ground on the officer, that didn't work out so well though as she crashed it at the moment. But at least we were together, with a Unidad patrol and a boatload of Unidad in the area. I flashbanged the guy, she went in to interrogate him..or her...and I tried to provide cover, and it was just enough cover to make it work. Still had to fight our way out of the initial ambush, had a neat sequence where there were two Unidad people taking cover at a cargo door close to us so I popped off another flashbang, this stunned them and popped them up, shot them. Then the wife started throwing regular grenades. Once we found the target we began working out way to it, clearing the area, then we got to Walker and Bowman. Funny though it glitched so we had to do this twice. I don't think the revelation that Ricky blew up the embassy quite hit as hard with the wife as I thought it would. Maybe a little. But we still had a job to do. Cheesing mode activate. Actually kind of funny how much both the final missions to Breakpoint and Wildlands had their own issues. In this case though discovered or rediscovered that helos are out of the equation as they spawn like three of the suckers which instantly blow you up if you try it. Well eventually though we decided to have the wife head off onto the masoleum and then after we both finished the objective then the next one would play and she'd already be there to go in to complete it. Took me two times to get through it doing that though. And well the wife thinks the 'bad ending' is the good one. Kind of wanting to go and maybe play the other one I get it, Sueno is dead, but the other ending does end on a lot more lighter note and Bowman does not end up throwing her life away. Always a risk, but the Ghosts will always be there.

SABLEStill lazily making my way through the game. Explored my first "city" (of about... 20-30 people) helping the citizens from everything from restoring the power to playing hide-and-seek with the children. You also get a chance to embrace your inner Batman with a vigilante-style rescue of an imprisoned kid. Also picked up some new clothes and some decent upgrades for the hoverbike (it handles... pretty decently now). Rescued little Timmy from the well... Then ran across an absolutely massive starship wreck, aptly named "The Whale". A lot of verticality to this ship as well, so left it at that for the night.

More SWTOR and not much else today
I really like the Trooper dialogue choices, it's the most down to earth/normal in the game. And you aren't talked to as if you were a mercenary or a rare flower...or crazy. Just a good old soldier of the Republic...which is great because 90% of the side quest givers Pub side are fellow soldiers or affiliates.
Anyway, Left-tenant* Samyros managed to stop some Imps plan over in Nar Shaddaa, without starting a war or much of a diplomatic accident. Even got a droid war machine out of it: M1-4x aka Forex.
Forex is pure comic relief, which really clash with the rest of the Trooper stuff which is very serious in term of spectrum (well beside Needles I guess). He's a jovial Republic Diehard homicidal robot.
Looks like I won't romance Elara, since my post Nar Shaddaa convo had zero flirts. It's okay, there is always Lana later. Also Imperial, a lot more sithy of conscience thought, but I can fix hertm.
*The way British says Lieutenant kind stick out, sorry Elara.

Farthest Frontier EA Managed to get to year four and then had to restart because I didn't get the hang of the crop rotation. I tried to get the farmers to plant flax but they apparently failed for some reason at the start of a new season and by then, the populace were unhappy because they were practically wearing rags. There are hide coats but they can't wear them throughout the year obviously so the unhappiness shot up and some people left. Hence, restart.

Ghost Recon BreakpointMissed this game. And been looking forward to playing it though maybe for good reasons we didn't decide to start over and just continue where we left off...well pretty much one year ago to the day according to the computer thingy. Its kind of fun though I do not think I really played too much of Wildlands back to back with Breakpoint like this before so harder to compare things back to back but honestly still does come off as the better game. Wonder how much into the weeds I should get into this but in the negative aspects I can see what people say and the world, weapons, everything certainly seems much umm cleaner in all respects. The weapons. Everything. More sterile. Of course it makes sense but it is interesting to note. Second thing the stats page isn't as detaled or detailed in a different way. Got into it with the wifey a little on this and, again funny, but in this game our roles have been more reversed. While the MSR is the better 'sniper rifle' then the Dragnov the Tac 50 is a better sniper then the Barret. I should maybe compare them one day. . On the flip side. Well wifey did say the enemies seemed like she was having an easier time with it and dealing with the bad guys. And always the bugaboo sniping. Like always have a hard time remembering the distances here so as we got used to the controls my big thing was getting used to the sniping again and well again, believe I mentioned this, I *think* its more *realistic* but not a lot of bullet drop at all. Wildlands was good to 150-200 meters. Just nailed a sniper at the first shot right around 500 without bullet drop. What was a bit more surprising, and made me reconsider things a bit, was the bullet really reached out over that distance much more quickly...which makes sense because the only reason a bullet starts dropping is that it looses speed...but then it does beg the question doesen't it? Oh and one last thign owing to this games live service nature notice that it takes us a lot longer to get through missions. Liket he main one we started took us almost an hour...although we were in the middle of a few things. Other then getting used to things again was going through my loadout and the cosmetics to refamiliriaze myself with that aspect. Fun story...oh yeah I just remembered it was premium content in this game. But no G3 Crytek or whatever it is military top. Rocking the Indi Jones stuff, my boonie, the Wolf armor, Sentinel Pants, and decided to buy the goggles. I got a good chuckle when I discovered that I had equipped the MSR/ ACR loadout in this game, forgot they added them to the game. Of course that will maybe create a problem later since the MSR is a very good rifle to and has good cosmetics, can't work them but I do like the bipod mount, bolt action not as effective or cool but there is something nice about it. But as of now the Barret actually has more range to it so back to rocking the Semi Auto Anti Material rifle. Did decide to switch out the 416 for the 416 assault. I know why I didn't the first time, the recoil on it can be a bit much and always been of the mind that getting rounds on target reliably is more important then having more powerful weapons. But right now thinking I will stick with it as the 416 should be for when things go sidewise. Though as I was sneaking around discovered that the three round burst isn't that uncontrallable to effect us being too stealthy. Bad news which could change things can't put the best laser sight on the 416 assault. Though I had a few moments of 'hey where did you come from!'. Given where we are in the game bit hesitant to just continue on and dive into it, at least for today. Trying to ease us back into things a bit before taking on anything rough. Went on and finished the mission of the Outcast arc with rescuing Gibson and such and also started doing some of the faction missions. The Gibson mission kind of took us to places we've already been before so that is always fun. Think while I wasn't always too good about this some reason the game was encouraging me to look around more, though maybe that was after I had a few close calls. Also the ability to tag enemies and see them coming is a heck of an advantage. Really lets you set up your shots as things are coming out on you. And there is something to low key love about how NOmad works with the Outcasts. Kind of thinking my thoughts back then was to run through the Paula stuff before finishing up the Outcasts because of the Revelations there...but it did provide us a good opprotunity. Decided to go and do some faction missions and sniping after that for further practice. The mission we ended up doing was getting a Sentinel terminal hacked and had to defend the sight from Sentinel. Three entrances into the building and they kept on coming in only one of them, in like waves. Only one guy went through the rear but just waves righ at the front door right into our suppressed automatic rifle fire. Also wifey has 50 round mags on her M4. Also, also, I do have bullet loss on Mag reload enabled. Not that important gien things. But yeah it was just super satisfying gunning them all down. Think that GR Breakpoint does have ambush tactics more easily to be used though wifey wondered why they didn't use hand grenades. Probably wouldn't have done them much good but I do wonder why to especially since they did use grenades before... Oh one final interesting set piece, do wonder if this is partially a function of the difficulty settings we are playing on to but just did a one man assault on a room. Got a little cheeky. Thought one guy was outside. First and second guys one down no issue but the third guy didn't and boy did he just have such a slow reaction speed as I still lined up a shot. Yeah that has to be because of the difficulty we're playing at it.

Tried playing Metro Exodus and I do not like it. The developers took the worst aspects of open world games and mushed them together. First of all, you have finite resources and you fight quick respawning mutant enemies that do not carry resources. You can only get resources from scavenging a few small areas and picking them off the corpses of bandits; however, bandits do not respawn so you end up fighting mobs of mutants who don’t drop resources and you loose a lot of resources just trying to explore.
Either have mutant enemies drop resources or have human enemies respawn because I am tired of being punished in a game series that actively encourages exploration.

At this rate all future Bioware games will be half done and modders need to rescue it for free.

Man, sorry for the delay but these depths of shadow make transmissions hard. We finally manage to gather the courage to get to the place we needed to go in order to construct Al-An his body. The facility isn't even marked and can be accessed without the Prawn Suit so be quick on the truck. Be mindful of all the Shadow Leviathans on the ways as well the different ones guarding the entrances:

SABLEMade my way to the towering peaks of the "Badlands", though honestly... I haven't seen anything resembling the "Goodlands". It's 31 flavors of desert out here. Made enough connections through the wrecked ships to unlock a nifty spacesuit. Then... the big hike up to "The Bridge of Betrayal". That was enough for tonight.
