I don't know how well-known it is. That's how accurate SR are with krogans:  Tested with Viper, Isharay, BW and Vanquisher, Krogan Engineer and Krogan Vanguard. Results: With krogans, even by targetting the center of the cross, the shot always lands under+left with perfectly accurate SR. It's not the case with other species (humans, turians, salarians tested). No krogan accuracy issues with shotguns (tested with Scattershot) or (scoped) pistols (tested with Ushior). @billy Buskell, @fernando Melo: can you give us an ETA on when the betatesting ends?

On host or off-host, tested in a gold game (off-host) and in the tutorial mission. With krogans, BW (and pinpoint accuracy SRs) always lands shot below/left of where you're aiming. If you aim a bit higher and a bit more to the right, you can get your headshots...
Haven't tested it with all SRs, BioWare has to work a little.

YI had the same thing, really hard to hit weak spots as a Krogan. I wont be surprised if there is an accuracy bug on all weapon types for the Krogan with Sniper being the most noticeable one. |

I recommend you create (or search for an existing) bug report on EA Answers and then let us know so we can all upvote it ('Me Too' it). That should raise its profile to Bioware.
I wouldn't consider posting here an effective way to report bugs, sadly.
Bioware / MEA / individual develop Twitter feeds have all said 'please report bugs on EA Answers'.
