Inquisitions CC is very good, so I hope they keep and make some improvements like hair. I only wish that they have a way to share CC codes like they did with the ME trilogy

How many Tevinter comics they have done? I ask because it seems like this will be like Inquisition all over again. What I mean is, if I want to understand a good amount of things, then I will have to read books that i'm not interested in reading. Silent Grove had sections where they went to Tevinter. Mage Killer's 1st half took place in Tevinter. Knight Errand was not in Tevinter, but had agents from there. I think whats connecting them is: The Venatori and Red Lyrium

Nice to see a new DA story. Tevinter is coming (sometime... ). Maybe I am reaching, but I wonder what the flower and the weapons surrounding her might mean? With her being a con artist then maybe she steals valuable weapons while traveling?

According to WoT2, the Pavus estate is also located right outside Qarinus (now Ventus) so maybe Dorian and his political faction will play a role?

I'm surprised Qarinus changed its name, especially since it's been named that since before Tevinter became an Empire. I just finished reading Knight Errand and I wonder if the events there connects to it in someway? In the comic the Venatori was trying to steal a journal about red lyrium research that was being kept by Sebastian in Starkhaven.
To make matters worse, a piece of red lyrium was sent to Tevinter.
So it looks like some people in Tevinter are experimenting with Red Lyrium. Maybe that Magister is one of those people?

It's interesting how the 3 comic spin offs dealt with Tevinter in some way and now this. I wonder if this will take place after Inquisition too and will it be dealing with Venatori?

Now that I think of it. Is the the Harrowing ritual the 1st time a mage apprentice consciousness sent into the Fade? As far as I know, I don't recall any "practice" Harrowing test that they get.

Much like how Tevinter took many things from the ancient Elves and integrated it into their own society, I wonder if the same could be said about Orlais when they defeated the Dales?
On the top of my head, some of the artwork/style look very elvish. Felassan said that Orlais reminded him alot of how the ancient elves acted. So maybe the courtly politics of the Dales were somewhat similar?

On my 1st playthrough I saved the Chargers. I always figured that the alliance with them was temporary since their goal was defeat Corypheus and seal the rifts and once that's done they'll just end it. I never expected the events on Trespasser, but I guess I was right in not allying with them.
As others have said, the red lyrium would have found its way to Tevinter and other nations sooner or later. Simply defeating the red Templars and Corypheus would not make it disappear, especially since you really only need a small piece and we know the Venatori know how to cultivate it on people.

The war with the Qunari have been brewing in the past 3 games and I would be disappointed if it's placed to the back-burner due to an incident (Solas or something worse) that forces them to settle their differences ala Mage-Templar war.

Maybe a lot of Spirits that are summoned forth are quickly corrupted and turn into demons? We saw this with Solas friend that was a wisdom spirit, but was bound twisted into a Pride demon. Same can be said to an extent with the compassion spirit that took Cole's identity and Justice frustration. The Nightmare supposedly started out as a spirit of compassion but helping too much people eventually corrupted it. If anything, it seems too easy for a Spirit to turn into a demon. We also know that Spirits that somehow manage enter the real world will get confused due to the new environment and if they don't manage to return to the fade they turn into demons and possess whatever they can.
From what I gather, Spirits are more subtle when they do decide to help people. We see this with Wynne, the Seeker ritual needs a Faith spirit to uno tranquility. I also remember a quest in the Hinterlands that hinted at a spirit of Valor giving us a sword in the Lake as a reward.

I think Mythal's ultimate goal is punishing those who betrayed her, hence "a reckoning that will shake the very heavens!" because she plans on killing the Evanuris. That's why one of her daughter's awakened that dragon queen (who can speak) and probably other ancient dragons (who are apparently different from High Dragons). Other Dalish clans are indebted to her.
I do think that Mythal allowed herself to be absorbed by Solas so that he could do most of the heavy lifting and he's the one to create the veil, so he knows how to remove it.
It's been a while, but in the Dark Future weren't the Wardens successful at summoning The Nightmare and they managed to find and kill the remaining Old Gods? With the Breach slowly expanding I'm not sure what else she could have done outside of moving further away and changing/accelerating her plans for when the Veil was fully torn apart and the potential awakening of some of the Titans and the unleashing of the Evanuris and Forgotten Ones.

I guess all we can do is speculate.
She apparently had a meeting, but with who? One of her daughters is possible or it could be another Dalish tribes. I can see her making a brief visit to Yavana since she's at least aware of Morrigan and then there's that ancient dragon queen that I'm sure she spoke to. I would like to think that she stayed in northern Thedas making plans and only showed up in Southern thedas to see who drank from the well of sorrows (if Kieran isn't born).
Now that we know that there are ancient Elvhen still around and some of working for Solas, I am starting to think that Flemeth was hiding from him and not Morrigan.

I think one of the reason why The Nightmare sealed the Inquisitor's memory of that incident was to keep others from knowing the Wardens and Corypheus were responsible. After all, they were planning on unleashing it to the real world, so it had a vested interest in sealing that memory. Not only that, but with the Inquisitor originally being chased in the opening,I wonder if the Nightmare or his minions were trying to kill them in the Fade, since they failed at that Nightmare had to resort to sealing the memory

Yes, I forgot about that spirit that sprung out of the Well.
I am reminded of how Mythal "walked out of the sea of the earth's tears" now only is there a Well of Sorrows, but it's also built on top of a large body of water. Makes me wonder if that's Mythal's "birthplace"

Yeah, I agree that the Elves did not consider Dwarves as "people." If Solas and other Elvhen don't consider modern elves as one of theirs due to not being connecting to the Fade, I can easily imagine them not regarding Dwarves as anything less since they're not connected to the Fade at all and can't dream.
I think ancient dwarves had some form of hive-mind, but they weren't mindless like Darkspawn. They were connected to each other, maybe something similar to Avatar's Na'vi? The elves took that away from them thinking that doing so will give them individual will.
As for the Vallaslin, I wonder how it's made? Is magic involved in someway and if it's done the same way as the ancient elves did? Solas was able to lift it off.
Then there's also Fenris' lyrium markings (looks like vallaslin) that was apparently used by ancient tevinters, whom we know used a lot of elvhen techniques.
Lastly, drinking from the well of sorrows seem to put markings on the drinker (their soul) and controls them that way. There were a lot of drinkers of the well, so why would the inquisitor drinking it make it all disappear?

Time travel can only be done with the Breach at least for now, who knows if Solas wants to replicate it.
But even then, magescan at least stop time as seen with the Tevinter mages in one of the ruins. Ameridan also does something similar in Jaws of Hakkon. Makes me wonder if time-stasis spell is how those Sentinel Elves are preserved and they're not entering Uthenera?

I can see the Vallaslin being a mark to honor a respective Evanuris early in Elvhen history, but as the Evanuris eventually became known as gods, the Vallaslin ended up being a mark of ownership/slavery for the lesser citizens. Priesthood probably are the ones that can freely choose if they want to serve under an Evanuris and thus receive Vallaslin
Personally, I get the impression that a young Solas was a lot like Dorian in that he was ok with slavery and that somebody in his past convinced him how wrong it was

Tevinter don't really look highly on the southern nations. Tevinter is competitive enough, so I don't think most citizens will help -or allow- refugees from the south to fill up their streets.
In DAO you can confront an elven slaver and ask them why they're enslaving the elves in Denerim when they're an elf also they say "I'm a Tevinter 1st and a servant of the Minrathous circle 2nd, those are the things that matter." I can assume that'll be the general mindset of Tevinter.

As far as I know there hasn't been many mentions of mages fleeing to Tevinter during the Mage-Templar war. The only case thus far was Alexius conscripting the mages under Fiona. And even then he was really planning on bringing them to Tevinter since he needed them to be used as part of Corypheus army.
If anything, the mages went into hiding in "friendlier" nations such a Ferelden.

When entering the Fade physically, Solas does comment about how the black city is so close that you can almost touch it. He sounded too excited about being near something that many spirits and demons feared being near.
It does make me wonder if there's a magical artifact in there that's needed by Solas. Perhaps something that keeps/ powers up the Veil in place? Much like how in ME Imshael leads the party to a place (like a control/power center) and gives them a red jewel (could it be refined red lyrium?) that'll power up the rest of the remaining Eluvian. Maybe something similar is in the Golden City and they wanted it destroyed to remove the Veil?

There is some truth to Dalish legends, it's just figuring out which is truth and which is exaggeration that can be an issue. Even Solas says that the Dalish remembers fragments of fragments, but even then that's a lot more than others.
That said, I have speculated that the Golden City was an engineering marvel made by the Elvhen. We know that ancient elves used gold-like materials for many things such as: sentinel armor, mosaics, statues/ magical apparatus (those trees) in architecture (Mythal's Temple had gold inlays) and most importantly the Eluvian. The Eluvian is not only made out of gold structure, but when tainted by the Blight it can turn black like Merril's Eluvian. Assuming it's made of the same material then it could explain why it was once gold, but turned black.
