Bought the game on discount yesterday and planning to start first playthrough this weekend when I have more time.
Already played a bit on the character creator though and noticed that it seems you cant name your twin.
So my question is how the sibling is referred in game? does the game use the default name or simply call him/her Ryder twin or something?

Always Sara or Scott, but you can use that appearance and rename in NG+ |
