I searched on ebay for "andromeda pax east", i bought a dlc code for a weapon supposed to be exclusive to pax east visitors, and I got an email from the seller with the code.
I activated the code on origin and launched the game.
Guess what, the special delivery console was active again !!! I got the ebay weapon (in inventory, not the schema), the outfit, the x5 ghost schema (to make research & dev to build that weapon), and the 2 nomad skins !
It costs me 3 dollars...

Preorder stuff should be tied to the account, just make a new save and speedrun till you get to the Tempest, collect everything then save the game, and go back to your original save, maybe also land/extract to "refresh".
Say if it works.
