I have a problem with PUGS, ideas?

Just slowpokes that haven't yet realised that Outlaws are actually harder now.

Most the APEX Missions actually make the game EASIER instead of challenging. When I log in for a few hours of MEA I typically farm the Gold APEX Mission and have an easy match, with bonus Creds and XP. Sometimes this does result in an APEX Mission Farm which is Zero Outlaws. When that happens, I camp the LZ side of the map and make a conscious effort not to even set foot near the usual campsite.

Until Wave 7, that is, when I immediately head over there, sometimes passing pugs who immediately head to the LZ. So we swap places. That amuses me. Even moreso when they wipe out.

Yeah it can get kinda boring but this is the MEA version of Challenge Weekends now, so suck it up, N7 Princess.

Yeah no doubt, they are trying to cheese without realizing about the patch. But that is a good thing, at least it's not that much boring!



Thanks for your ideas, I see there are many possible fixes for that, which aren't even that complicated to implement, will have to try to bring some feedback to the devs. By....twitter I guess, since there aren't "many" ways to communicate with devs.

Will give APEX missions a try, I was always sending strike teams after playing a few apex gold missions where once down, dead forever xD

At least I will get some different map / enemy combinations, I guess!

I also try to play Zero Outlaw without camping that boring corridor, it’s some fun but I go too much kamikaze / can’t really clean ¾ of the map by myself on highest rounds xD. It’s better than just camping that same spot, but still boring after many games.

Well, instead of sucking it up, I will try to provide feedback in hopes to have this changed by some mechanic, try focusing on APEX missions, keep trying to filter by custom search, and keep failing to host my non zero outlaw lobbies xD.

Yep, I think the easiest and more obvious fix for this is just an xp / credits bonus to random / random. Again, looks like it was not such a good idea to only send strike teams to Apex missions (except event ones) so will play them again.

Finally, very interesting what you comment lastly, I have similar behaviour, and I think it's just a bug or something, cause I also get people to join once ingame but not in a new lobby. Only after a rematch where I hosted and they joined ingame, or after a rematch where the host leaves and then I become it. So Apex missions + solo hosting random random + trying to get the devs implement a bonus to random / random matches.

Nah besides that you are clearly triggered, you lack the ability to deal with the fact that your opinion just isn't the popular thing and people are enjoying the game how they see fit. That's some you cant change.

I've been cycling maps and enemies for weeks now, especially if U/U gives the same maps over and over. When I get a message if I could change it to zero, I just reply 'git gud, scrub.'

Games in progress have matchmaking priority, and after that it's bigger lobbies. So waiting on your own takes very long. I sometimes open apex missions and then change it to custom. Pugs like that a lot ^,^

When I say in my Original Post "I don't care if others want to repeat same thing, enjoying just 1/10th of the multiplayers variety regarding maps and enemies, but I am forced to it!" and you reply with a personal attack like "OPs problem is that he wants to control other players so they act to his liking. That's not how it works." I see the problem is not debating, but with you. Trolling, asking for attention, looking for a free therapy coupon, anything but debating, is what you looking for. Not feeding you anymore, you have been already exposed with your and my replies.

Good to know what you say about matchmaking priority / having to wait on your own taking long. And the "opening apex missions to change it to custom" is the icing on the cake xD will have to try that method as well, looks like lotsa people need to l2p!

Can we please focus on complaining about the game and pugs

Incidentally, I like playing Pugs - actually I only play pugs.
And yes they are sometimes a 'random factor' but that's part of the challenge in my view.

I don't know what is going on with you. Probably something going really deep, but that's not for me to figure out. You can insult me all you want, throw shit at me or pull nonsense out of your ass, that doesnt change anything. You clearly stated you have a problem with pugs, but you also seem to have a massive problem with the alternatives to pugging.


Please explain how you are forced to play only 1/10th of the multiplayer content and by whom.
