Cool. Looking forward to knowing more about the AI.
The recent book Mass Effect: Nexus Uprising was interesting, and brought to light what happened from stasis wake-up to the uprising, and characters, but leaves much out (ie the stories of those who left, and either died or survived, as well as continuing efforts on the Nexus). So, much to know pre-AI, and post-uprising, up to where MEA begins.

Geth tech? Don't tell me these conspiracy theories were true. They've already hinted at it though with the Geth tech being mysteriously involved with the ftl telescope space magic they used to plot out Andromeda and its golden worlds.

I'm a big fan of comic books so I'm excited for this. I I own the first volume of the Mass Effect Library collection. So, much to know pre-AI, and post-uprising, up to where MEA begins. i think Nexus Uprising covers the entire bulk of what immediatly happens after the AI arrive in Andromeda, and just a little before the beginning of the game starts. From what can be garnered by use of timelined pinpoints from the book and the beginning of the game, what happens post-uprising isn't large. Essentially post-uprising Kandros comes back from the scouting mission and eventually forms the Nexus Miltia (this is never explained or shown how he came back), Hydroponics finally gets repaired (in the book it is mentioned it takes four months to repair it) which ends the rationing crisis, and finally the 2 failed attempts at settling an outpost on Eos all happen right before Ryder comes along. The Nexus is pretty much in limbo, but don't have any emergency concerns. So that essentially what happens between the novel and the game. The stories of the Exiles and the Nakmor clan are left out, thay is true. Maybe we'll get a comic on them or another novel.

It was snatched by quarians. And it was aimed at Dark Space initially.

They've already hinted at it though with the Geth tech being mysteriously involved with the ftl telescope space magic they used to plot out Andromeda and its golden worlds. It was snatched by quarians. And it was aimed at Dark Space initially. Geth were either looking for the Reapers or also at Andromeda as a backup escape plan. Anyway, I look foward to this comics. Feels like Tiran Kandros was underused during MEA:Nexus Uprising when he spend most of the book MIA.

My brain is missing these details. The details are inferred, honestly. I just made sense of the info in my head. It's not explicitly pinpointed by the game or novel. Ex: Kandros leaves the Nexus in the novel but doesn't return, but obviously at the start of the game he's come back... The state of Hydroponics taking four months is mentioned after the initial emergency repairs, and Hydroponics is mentioned in the game Codex as having obviously been restored by the time Ryder arrives.
