ME1Controller Mod graphic issues

There are some issues with my ME on PC. I wanted to try the same sex mod, to do it on the right way I have reinstalled the game with latest gameversion from Origin (auto update is off). First installed MEUITM with the manual. Started the game und everything was alright, still the default settings from the game setup.

Now, the ME1Controller mod is in turn. I have replaced the game files with the controllerMEUITM  files. In general, the mod works but Shepard has no textures anymore, beards and some hair parts still there. 
I have no idea how this issue can be solved. :s
