Where can i buy mods for weapons? the is nothing on the nexus,just few on Aya
And where do i find augmentations? i read there is one that gives +2 slot to weapons but i have only the one that gives +1

General Goods Vendor on the Nexus sells mods(Vendor on the right side next to the Vehicle guy). If she does not have what you want, run to the edge of the dock and run back, that resets her inventory.
Mods Vendor on Kadara also sells mods(Salarian across from the bar), run to Sloans office and back to reset his inventory if he does not have what you want.
Or you can do the save/load thing to reset their inventory.
