Right now you either need to start a new playthrough or go back to a save befoer you access the Tempest really. Not too big of a deal for me as I'm not a huge fan of the new outfit so I'm happy to wait till I start my next run.

They are working on a workaround for it currently. It's a known issue. But yes, currently you need to be starting a new playthrough, or NG+ (I believe it works with NG+, but don't quote me on that).

Yes, it works on NG+. Someone said it didn't but they are wrong. I started an insanity run yesterday and I got the outfit with the rest of the stuff in the pathfinders quarters. Also got the email about the psyjack which I ignored.

I wish we had a psyjack. We could bring it out to the field and watch it tear kett apart with its mind.

The Tempest should have been equipped with a workout room. I'd put Liam on a cot next to Gil in engineering to use his little enclave. The sofa would look real nice on the side of Site 1.

I don't know. This bug isn't consistent. I'd already done some missions with Scott before installing the 1.06 patch. I returned to the Tempest and went to my quarters. In the same place where I picked up Deluxe content on my first PT, I found the Blasto outfit.
