I don't want to lower the tone or anything, but what is it with those 'butt straps'?

Anything you hang there is going to be bouncing off your cheeks when you run, surely.

Am I missing something?

Prolly for strapping themselves into the Tempest when they have to fly in combat maneuvers. Just like Traynor in ME3.

i really like pathfinder's setting but i REALLY don't like how focused on min/maxing the rules are. it's designed from the ground up by and for min/maxer's and autists. the rest of us normies have to play on crayon eater difficulty just to hit a target.

That said, I found them distracting. I spent half the video not watching the jump pack or scenery but trying to figure out what exactly he'd be hanging from the backs of his thighs. If they do turn out to have a purpose they won't bother me nearly so much, unless that purpose is to literally strap your ass to a chair. I wasn't aware of any butt straps prior to this thread. I leave this thread a more rounded person, I guess.

They really do seem strange. They appear to be attaching the belt to the leg pieces, but I have no guess as to why.

Considering that I could not take my eyes off his backside, which in retrospect is really disturbing as he is my character's brother, they got exactly what they were aiming for, which is to provide eyecandy for some ladies and some gentlemen.

In the new video he has straps under his arms as well, but they are hooked in.
