I understand 'Earn Your Badge' is broken for Sara Ryder.

I don't know if 'Cold Hard Cache' is an issue for everyone but I must have done it in the wrong order.
And 'Kadara's Ransom' seems to be broken for me.

Any other quests that are easy to bork or impossible to solve?

And if you avoid triggering these minor quests in the first place, can you reach 100%?

Defeat the Kett on Eos is bugged for me as the door to the last elevator remains locked. Also the S.O.S quest on Kadara, game crashes every time I approach the destination. Not sure if these are 'universal' issues or not.

They're aware of the crash, but no eta on when it will be fixed.

Yes, 100% is possible. I reached it in my last game before turning in Earn Your Badge, with 1 Architect left, and a few other side quests not done yet.

I don't believe anymore.

It's possible, even without completing the remnant data cores task (forever 8/9...), Earn Your Badge or that terminal mission on Eos. Was able to complete everything else.

I am one and it is one of many reasons I haven't started a 2nd play through. After the latest patch I sat at my console thinking about running it again. I came to my senses, I think I would have more fun going to the dentist.

It appears to me most of the "fixes" only work on new games. So until someone does a 1.06 PT from scratch I'm not sure we'll know for sure. I know for a fact none of the patch fixes for quests work in my original game, and my NG+ is still broken. Don't really have any interest in doing another PT from scratch until they fix all the quest bugs that prevent 100% completion.

There are some missions where you have to go back to some systems and look for satellites, Scourge evidence, destroyed shuttles, etc. Are there any side missions you have left to do because of bugs?

Wow...i didn't even know you had to scan those planets with the exclamation points on them. I thought some type of event would occur on those planets at some point... :pinched:
