FUCKING FIX THE OF HOST HEADSHOTS NOT REGISTERING!

We need a platform that can hold more than 140 characters to insult people.

The short and skinny of it is they removed the Expert pack UR pity timer because it wasn't working as intended™, and Premium packs *seem* to drop URs slightly more often now, though we don't have a significant sampling yet. Also I don't actually have a maxed manifest, I was just memeing.

I'd hit the like button twice if I could. 

That is just embarrassing. It's been nearly two months now and it's almost impossible to get headshots off host unless enemies have been standing still for a second.

It's making the game very limited cos you can't use a bunch of stuff unfortunately. Sniper rifles, especially the Isharay, the Ushior, most shotguns, skills with weak point bonuses, the Turian Soldier, all of that is pretty much useless for 75% of the playerbase. Are they even aware of it ? An issue this big should be a priority. 

But hey, at least we got a new casual outfit in single player !!!

I'm curious what the new "intended" rate is supposed to be.

They said that Experts weren't dropping URs at all for a while after the patch, which is when most people were doing their testing.

I'm still maxing Rares, so I guess I'll see if I pull any URs at all anymore.  With my normal RNG luck, most likely not.

I'm also still maxing rares, and even some uncommons, but decided to go for rares more often than not(pls Ghost, get to X so I have a decent AR, alternatively, gimme Hurricane, pls), but seeing the "fix" means that I'm just gonna do premium packs for URs and hope for the best. Last one I bought gave me the Kineticist though so I'll take it lol.

I'll get the pitchforks, & torches.
